(open note) </p><p>• Multiple Choice Final (10 Questions no notes allowed)</p><p>• You will receive the “Boston Region Customer Service Certification” that you can add to your resume. </p><p>Customer Service Training Notes</p><p>This week you will be certified in Customer Service. To begin, you will take notes on the slides I will present to you after you have taken notes. You will be taking a quiz on lessons 1-5 and the quiz will be open note.</p><p> Go to the website: gjccpp4.weebly.com</p><p> Click Customer Service</p><p>1. Review Lessons 1 -5 of customer service and take notes (you will be taking an open note quiz on lessons 1-5):</p><p> a. Select lesson 1</p><p> b. Write down everything that is underlined and the heading of the slide. Pay Special close attention to: Internal Customer, External Customer , Added Value and Customer Loyalty</p><p> c. Select lesson 2</p><p> d. Write down everything that is underlined and the heading of the slide.</p><p> e. Select lesson 3</p><p> f. Write down everything that is underlined and the heading of the slide.</p><p> g. Select lesson 4 h. Write down everything that is underlined and the heading of the slide.</p><p> i. Select lesson 5</p><p> j. Write down everything that is underlined and the heading of the slide.</p><p>2. If you finish the notes, go to my website, click on Extra Credit, open the word search, if complete it will be worth 5 bonus points on your customer service final exam.</p>
