60 Minute Makeover Application Form

Thank you for your interest in applying for the new series of 60 Minute Makeover. In order for us to consider your application please complete the questions and send it back to us as soon as possible together with the appropriate videotapes, dvds or photos.

Every application is considered but as you can imagine we receive thousands of responses and therefore cannot reply to every form individually. If we are able to take your application further or if we have any questions, we will be in contact with you. This process can take several months so please be patient.

Please be aware that we are unable to return any videos, dvds or photos and therefore we suggest that you make copies of any material you send us which is of personal value, particularly home videos.

MAKEOVER

Why do you think their house needs a makeover?

The surprisee will need to be with a friend on the day of the makeover to ensure that they do not return to the house. This person will need to know about the makeover and bring the surprisee back to the house at the correct time. Who will this person be?
