Induction about MT: BEA Macau Branch was established in 2001. Currently, we have a branch and 4 sub‐branches in Macau that provide a broad range of products and services to meet the diverse needs of both corporate and personal customers. To cope with the business expansion in Macau, we are pleased to launch the Management Trainee (“MT”) Programme and invite applications from qualified candidates for the MT Programme.

BEA Macau Branch offers a promising career path to outstanding university graduates. Our 24‐ month MT Programme aims to nurture potential and young executives and to develop future management staff of our Branch. MTs, who complete the MT Programme as per the training schedule, are able to “fast‐track” to manager in two years, a process that usually takes four years.

During the 24‐month MT Programme, trainees will gain in‐depth knowledge of the banking and financial fields through on‐the‐job development and extensive training. Trainees will also have

MT Development Model Eligibility: ‐ hold a bachelor’s degree (honours) or above from a reputable university (local or overseas) and have not more than two years of work experience; ‐ be self‐motivated, mature, and possess a strong drive for excellence; ‐ be a good team player and a natural leader; ‐ have excellent communication and analytical skills; ‐ possess an excellent command of English, , and Putonghua; and ‐ be passionately committed to developing a long‐term career in the banking industry.

Induction about OT:

BEA Macau Branch is offering an 18‐month Officer Trainee (“OT”) Programme, providing an ideal starting point for fresh university graduates who wants to forge a career in banking.

The OT Programme is designed to help trainees perform their job duties independently and professionally after acquiring valuable knowledge and practical experience during the OT Programme, where they will gain solid understanding of the Bank’s products, sales technique, and branch operations through intensive classroom and on‐the‐job training.

During the first 6 months, trainees will receive training in BEA Macau Branch’s core functional units through job attachments, as well as on‐the‐job training in a selected branch in Mainland China or Hong Kong. After the 6‐month on‐the‐job training, each trainee will be assigned to either Personal Banking Department or Corporate Banking Department of BEA Macau Branch for a 12‐month attachment before formal placement.
