HEWYBL is an adult-volunteer, not-for-profit youth sports program run for the benefit of the children of Hightstown-East Windsor as well as several surrounding communities. HEWYBL is supported wholly through registration fees, team sponsors, and fund raising activities. The league does not receive monetary support from any governing bodies, as do many other youth leagues. Contributions are essential to meeting the financial requirements of operating the league; funds are desperately needed to maintain reasonable registration fees while supporting the rising costs of uniforms, equipment, and field maintenance.

HEWYBL has had some wonderful accomplishments in the past few seasons. In addition to a wonderful recreation program, we have had eleven Championship teams! The 2003, 2004, 2007 & 2008 Northeast Regional NFL Flag Football Champions, who finished sixth, third, fifth, and third in the country when they participated in the National Tournament of Champions in Orlando, FL, the 2005, 2006, and 2007 United States Flag Football Association Champions, 2007 Babe Ruth State Champions, 2006 Southern State 13-Year old Champions, who participated in the 2007 Babe Ruth State Champions. In Hamilton, NJ and the 2005 Southern N.J. State 14-Year old Champions.

Each year, many individuals and businesses contribute precious time and resources to support our football, baseball and basketball programs. The funds derived through Team Sponsorships, and other contributions are used to purchase equipment and uniforms for the teams and provide scholarships for the needy children of our community.

Our children need your support to continue their growth toward becoming well rounded, productive and caring adults. The opportunities we give our children today will prepare them for the challenges of tomorrow.
