NEW CLIENT WELCOME LETTER AND RECORDS CHECKLIST

Dear Client,

Thank you for choosing SC Associates as your accounting firm. We will work on your behalf to maintain the confidence you have placed in us. In order to compile a complete file, we would like to have the following documents on file. If you can bring them to our first meeting that would be helpful.

Copy of your EIN Letter from the IRS.

Current Year to Date Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss If these items are not available then information concerning your income and expenses can be used.

Bank Statements for all accounts for the current year

Data file backup, if applicable. We currently support 2015 -2017 Quickbooks as well as QuickBooks online.

Quickbooks Version and Password information, License #, Product #, and Version of Software License

From your corporate/company record book: Articles of Incorporation / Certificate of Formation and Bylaws Member Operating Agreement / Shareholder Agreement / Partnership Agreement and any amendments Minutes of Annual Meeting Stock register

Tax returns for last three years for business and personal Including : Depreciation schedules Carryforward details
