A. Services and Training

1. On site arms room installation by a WSA technicians

2. 40 hours of on the job training during installation for up to 3 soldiers per system

5. Data migration of all equipment into the SmarTrack system

6. On demand additional refresher training for 12 Months

E. Installation process

We ship the system 2 weeks prior to installation. We arrive for a 5 day installation procedure. The arms room can still operate during the install, we need to see the equipment 1 time only during that week to barcode and scan.

We load the arms room property book into the system. We then mark and scan in all equipment into the system to include:

Weapons Scopes Lasers NVG’s Spare Barrels Spare Barrel Bags Accessories And whatever the commander deems track and traceable Next we conduct a 100 percent inventory of all equipment by scanning each item Then we enter all personnel using the CAC card Then we assign all equipment to personnel Continue to train the armorer until he is “train the trainer” ready

F. Purchase Process

1. Request quote from Williams Software

2. Receive quote from WSA Corp who sells our product on the GSA schedule

3. Obtain permission to purchase from command

4. Submit request and quote to S4 or contracting

5. Contracting orders the system

6. WSA Corp makes arrangements for installation

7. WSA Corp ships product

8. WSA Corp arrives for install G. Expendable Supplies

1. Crystal Clear Overspray for tagging

2. Alcohol for cleaning surfaces on equipment

3. Rags for cleaning

4. Metal tags for spare barrels, spare barrel bags, cases and other devices

5. Lacing wire for metal tags
