Hello Parents and New Members!

Hello Parents and New Members!

My name is ______and I am the Vice President of Finance for Alpha Epsilon Phi at______. I am writing this letter to give you and your daughter clarity regarding the financial obligations of our sorority. Each semester, sisters and new members pay “dues” towards Alpha Epsilon Phi. These dues go towards many different things: the table below shows the specifics. This semester your daughter has signed a bid card to enter our sorority and is currently in her new member period. After initiation, she will become a sister of Alpha Epsilon Phi.

It is the responsibility of each new member and sister to meet all requirements of membership, including the financial portion. Below, you will see I have broken down the dues into two categories, New Member Dues and Active Sister Dues (based on the semester).

New member Dues (current Sister Dues (following semester) semester) New Member Fee $ Colony Fee (if applicable) $ Initiation Fee $ Badge Fee $ New Member National Dues $ Active Sister National Dues $ Local Dues $ Local Dues $

*(If you offer a payment plan, this is an option) There is a payment plan available for new members if you wish. The payments are due on ______, ______, and ______or you can pay the entire amount in full. Please make checks payable to Alpha Epsilon Phi. Payments must be received by these dates in order for the new member to be initiated.

After your daughter is initiated, there are two payment options. The first is to pay $______in full at the start of the term. The second is to pay in three installments of $______(date to be determined.). If there is a change, a letter will be sent out.

I hope this letter has been informative to you, and we are looking forward to having your daughter as a sister in Alpha Epsilon Phi. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to email me at ______

Sincerely,
