Confucius Room & Conference Registration Information Lodging Please call the Crowne Plaza Hotel at (800) 981-4012 to make your lodging reservations.  Planner at $49.00 per night, single, $59 double, & $69 triple occupancy.  Supplier at $89.00 for single, $99 double, & $109 triple occupancy. Full Buffet breakfast is included in your room rate. Vouchers will be given to you upon check-in. When making your reservation please provide the Rocky Mountain Chapter Society of Government Meeting Professionals Group Code SG1 for Planners and SG2 for Suppliers.

Cut off date for reservations are September 8, 2009. Please make your reservations ASAP. Conference Registration We’re charging 2007 prices for a 2009 conference! That’s a deal!

Registration Cost for Planners/Guests/Retirees/Students: $100 Registration Cost for Suppliers: $130 Registration Cost for Non-member Planners: $125 (this includes a new one year membership for you with the Rocky Mountain Chapter effective October 9, 2009). Normal membership fee for RMC Chapter members is $50.

 Conference attire: Casual, dress warmly.  Don’t forget your camera…..!!!  Altitude in the Springs is 6,035 feet. Auction:

Silent Auction: Great prizes to bid on throughout the conference. Winners will be announced on Sunday at 12:00 p.m.

Tradeshow Information:

Display Tables for only $100 (reduced rate from 2007 Fall Ed Conference) Supplier members can set up a table located in the Registration area to display your information for the entire conference. Display tables will be setup to maximize exposure throughout the weekend. If you are interested, please fill out the above registration and send your payment to Carly Hayden, as soon as possible. Please note, this price is for SGMP member properties only.

Additionally, your hotel marketing material will be included in all registration packets. Please send a one sheet fact information page on your hotel to Carly no later than October 7, 2009, so it can be included in the registration packet.

Display tables may be set-up Friday, October 9, 2009, between 12:00 – 2:30 p.m. and Saturday, October 10, 2009, between 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Please coordinate with Carly Hayden at 303-307-3107, [email protected], your time of arrival for set up and instructions on how to find the conference area parking and entry location. 9:45 - 10:15 a.m Tradeshow: Let’s join our Suppliers and vendors as we mingle and network, and get our third (Sandan) degree black belt while visiting the tradeshow booths.

10:30 a.m. Board Bus to Garden of Gods Lunch. 11:00-12:00 a.m. Garden of Gods Lunch (Outdoors, Please Dress Warmly)! Don’t forget to bring your cameras!

Very informative workshop on where you will find the answer to all of these questions and unlock the potential to capture the government market. Excellent introduction for State and Federal Govt Planners who do not altogether understand the FEDBIZOPS process.
