St John Vianney 8th Grade Sweatshirt & Tee-Shirt Order Form

It is tradition at St. John Vianney that our 8th graders have the opportunity to order special commemorative tee shirts and sweatshirts. Both shirts will be red with a white Mustang logo, school name and Class of 2015 on the front. The back of the shirt will list the names of the kids in the class of 2017! The shirts can be worn on PE days or in place of SJV logo sweatshirts. The students may also order A RED POLO that they may wear to school. The POLO does not have the names on the back, just the t-shirt and sweatshirt. Please complete the order form below. Return it with payment to MRS. FOSTER prior to FRIDAY,
