To be a Blacologizt, one must be called by the will and the spirit of the uncompromising struggle of BlacPeople for justice, redemption, advancement and the Redevelopment of BlacAfrican Culture. One must also Blacologically seek Ntalextuwl self- determination. If you have been discriminated against because your are a BlacPerson and if your Ntalextuwl Genius and Creativity has been underestimated, devalued, marginalized and stigmatized the BlacCulture calls for you. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. #II said, “that if you do not stand for something you will fall for anything”. The Uncompromising Struggle of BlacPeople calls to you saying, the pull of freedom is greater than the mantel of fear. Blacology is the result of the hard work and determination BlacPeople to make a difference and make the world a better place then the way they found it. To do this one must understand it is a process. BlacPeople must be prepare, be patience and have understanding for themselves in process of the Ntalextuwl Liberation of the BlacMind. This must be done in order to gain the discipline of this Blacological Cultural ZcyNzz.

I come to you today… as a Blacologizt I come to you today not as a sociologist, a psychologist, nor as an anthropologist. As a matter of fact, I do not come to you from any of the Eurological Fields of study. I come to you today… as a Blacologizt a Ntalextuwl Cultural ZcyNtizt, from the Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology.

Blacology is the ZcyNtific study of the evolution of BlacAfrican People and their culture. It is the perpetuation and utilization of the ideas, philosophies, theories, beliefs, concepts and notions of their past and present life experiences and the spirit of their uncompromising struggle as their Cultural Nahlej. It is also the affirmation, acclamation, declaration and proclamation of Ntalextuwl Genius, Creativity, and BlacStory. Holistically, it is the Manifestation of a Blacological Ntalextuwl Cultural ZcyNzz Edjukexun System.

I say this because, I want you to understand that I do not see things the way that you do vicariously, thru the eurological vision of the world. I see them from a Blacological Perspective. I have researched and studied Negro History, Negritude, Black History, Black Studies, Black Nationalism, African-Centered Education, Afrocentricity, Pan-Africanism and African Studies. I studied at the Black Panther Party International Black Library in Chicago, Illinois in 1968, where I learned the art of BlacDynamicz. I am a product of the Black Consciousness Movement. In 1973 I participated in the “Think Black Campaign” At Harper High School in Chicago, Illinois were we as BlacStudentz conducted a campaign where we exercised our ability to Think Black. These were the time of the Civil Rights and Black Power Movement in the City of Chicago. Our Black Consciousness was an effort to have more Black Teachers, a Black Principle and more Black History Programs at an

It was an effort in conjunction with the movement for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. I have many life Experiences of 51 years as a BlacMan. I am a BlacZchala, Graduate Professional, and Graduate of the HBCU’s Prairie View A&M University, Bishop College and I am now PhD Candidate at Howard University in African Studies. As Malcolm X has done I have self Edjuketed myself on BlacZchalaz before taking on Eurological institutional training. I have also conducted an analysis of my own mis-education in African- Centered Education at the Pan-African University in Washington DC Coordinated by a BlacZchala named Abena Walker who is a pillar in African-Centered Education, so as to undo my mis-education. I have also studied the book, “Breaking the Chains of Psychological Slavery by Dr. Niam Akbar so as to Edjuket myself on the Chains of Psychological Slavery. I have Studied Decolonizing the Mind: by Ngugi wa Thiong'O, in African Studies at Howard University under Dr. Mbye B. Cham. I have also studies and research the Isis Papers by Dr. Frances Cress- Welsing and I have also researched and studied, “The Compensatory Code Concept, A Workbook And Textbook For The Victims Of White Supremacy/Racism” by Neely fuller Jr. I have also researched and studied the destruction of the BlacCivilization by Dr. Chandler Williams. In addition to that I have studied audio and video tapes on Dr. John Henrik Clarke and Dr. Yosef Ben-Jochennon. I have also study cultural conditioning by Eldridge Cleaver and listened to talk show host Joe Madison on WOLAM.com in order to edjuket myself how the system of colonial cultural conditioning and how white supremacy/racism works. If you have not completed such courses and studies on the above information you can not decolonize your mind nor undo your mis-education… nor can your be aware of your Eurological and Arabic cultural conditioning.

Blacologically Ask yourself, How can this help BlacPeople? I have learned in my 40 years of study and research on Blacology, that as BlacPeople we are to learn from the information and studies we acquire, so that, we can make life better for the next generation of BlacPeople, not just to get a degree for a job. Blacologically, we must ask ourselves, how can this help BlacPeople? That is our Cultural Responsibility and our fate. Blacologically speaking, I am not anti-white, nor am I Anti-Jewish, nor anti-Arab nor Anti-Semitic. What I am is Pro- Black. I am a Professional BlacZchala. I am a learnt Blacological ZcyNtizt. I am a Blacologizt a Ntalextuwl Cultural ZcyNtizt. I am Black and proud of it, and I don’t make excuses for it. Even though I studied in the Eurological Fields such as Sociology and African Studies I was not a sociologist nor a Eurological scholar. That was someone trying to claim my very mind, and soul. The Nahlej that encompasses me belongs to my Heritage, Ancestorz, and BlacCulture. Only they could lay acclaim to my Thult. I am honored to affirm they are my mentors. I am a gather of information and a perpetuator of BlacNahlej. In the past it was said, ‘that BlacPeople were only good as drawer of wood, water and pickers of cotton”. Today we have evolved into ZcyNtizt and preservers of our own Autonomous Cultural Nahlej. We are Cultural ZcyNtiztz or Blacologiztz. I am a product of the Black Colleges, Universities, and BlacAfrican Culture. It is due to the uncompromising struggle of BlacPeople for redemption and the redevelopment of their culture, that my very present is willed into reality. As all people have autonomous Studies of their culture, the evolution of BlacAfrican Culture has instinctively manifested the Ntalextuwl ZcyNzz of Blacology. It is said, that dogs, cats, and animals are named by others, but men name themselves. As BlacMen we must name and invent the Autonomous ZcyNzz

Blacology Contract

On January 03, 205re (1994) in Park 16 Apartments in apartment 1016 located at 4300 Vermillion Avenue in Oxon Hill, Maryland in Prince George County, in the BlacDiaspora within the United States. The BLACOLOGY CONTRACT was developed in the BLACOLOGY - A CULTURAL SCIENCE INC., which was the preliminary name of Blacology Research and Development Institute Inc. (BRDI) before the incorporation of the present company (BRDI) on September 13, 1997. It was at this time that the need to develop a contract for Blacology was developed to provide a systematic way to provide discipline to achieve the goal and vision of developing the Cultural Science of Blacology. The following is the system that was set in place by Blacologizt Profesa Wulta Zamani Xrozz to get to where we are today. I developed a Blacological Contract by which to develop the discipline necessary to the Build Blacology into a Cultural ZcyNzz. It was thru this process I begin to condition myself to understand and know the need and necessity for the development of Blacology for the justice, redemption, advancement, of BlacPeople and the Redevelopment of BlacAfrican Culture. In order to accomplish any goal one must have a plan to develop the discipline to achieve their goals. This is the process that was developed in the research and study of Blacology a Cultural ZcyNzz.

Pledge - You must pledge your life and allegiance to Blacology every day. You must seek motivation every day and encourage others. Speak out against White supremacy and correct those brothers and sisters who except and utilize racism and the slave mentality. Do not be afraid of white people. Do not be ashamed or deny your cultural heritage around white. You must always acknowledge and wear something: from your culture. You must perpetuate Blacology whenever there is an

When you go to Church you must read from a Black Heritage Bible and not King James Version. You must teach your children about Blacology. You must read the Black Heritage Bible from cover to cover.

Vow - You must vow to be: committed, trustworthy, dedicated hard working, obligated, contributing and patient with the process of Blacology. You must be diligent and resilient with the struggle. You must read BlacLiterature, news papers, radio, and TV programs. You must watch BlacMovies with BlacActorz and support BlacActiviztz. You must give a tenth of your earning to the development of Blacology or whatever you can give to this Cultural ZcyNzz.

BLACOLOGY - A CULTURAL SCIENCE INC.

Contract of Commitment and Obligation: Commitment - In order for Blacology to work, you must be committed to Blacology 7 days a week, 12months a year, 365 days a "year, every day”. This will help to develop the vision of Blacology. You must be committed to Blacology in order to develop it into a Field of Study.

An Analysis of My Mis-Education

An Analysis Of My Mis-Education, is based on Various Aspects of our Mis- Education as discussed in Mis-Education of the Negro By Carter G. Woodson and Building a Pan-African Pre-School By Dr. Lonnetta Gaines. These courses were taken at the Pan-African University under the leadership of a BlacZchala and Ntalextuwl Entrepreneurial by the name of Mama Abena Walker. Profesa A. Walker was Principle of the African-Centered School and President of the Pan-African University located at Web Elementary 1375 Monte Olivet Road in Northwest, Washington, DC from 1995 to 1997.

OUTLINE

Thesis Statement: To begin, what will be a lifelong analysis of my mis-education, I have chosen five features of this mis-education that I internalized. I will explain why they were internalized, how they manifested in my behavior and thought and how I did not internalize and why.

Use of covert and overt methods: a. pictures on walls and in books (with the name Jesus). b. ministers, adults, children, and white folks telling you this lie. 2. Manifestation of feature a. punishment, humiliation, scorn, fear of something bad would happen to you if you did not believe it. b. tricked by christmas stories and gifts. c. violence as the final means to convert you. 3. Elimination of the feature a. Study BlacAfrican Culture and the Bible, Quran, God the BlacMan and the truth, Message to the BlacMan and listen to WOL 1450 AM Radio Station or www.WOLAM.com. b. AN ANALYSIS OF MY MIS-EDUCATION

Based on Various aspects of Our Mis-Education as Discussed in Mis-education of the Negro by Dr. Carter G. Woodson PhD and Building a Pan-African Pre-School by Dr. Lonneta Gaines PhD.

Introduction This is a Blacological Perspective an analysis of my mis-education as discussed in, "Mis-Education of the Negro," by Dr. Carter G. Woodson and" Building A Pan-African Pre-School By Dr. Lonnetta Gaines. This Pan-African Pre- School," essay Class is part number 1 of the African Centered Education Training one. I found this course to be most enlightening, encouraging, Edjukexunl, and informative. The class was taught by Mama Abena Walker. Whom I find to be one of the best instructor/educators I have received cultural wisdom from. This introduction course proved to be a great motivation for the mission or I should say spiritual mission of the Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology. It is an example of what the Ancestors say, " Nahlej Is Power". It proved to be a great source of information. The African Centered Method is an ideal and concept that will make the Ancestorz of BlacCulture proud and dignified. It deserves much praise.

The very ideal of analyzing your own mis-education is ZcyNtific, Evolutionary, and Blacological Ntalextuwl Liberation. Every BlacAfrican man, woman, and child should have the experience of analyzing how he/she was mis- educated, also should read and study about" The Mis-Education Of The Negro", by Dr. Carter G. Woodson. What Dr. Woodson is saying, is that every BlacPerson has been affected by or is mis-educated. According to Dr. L. Gaines we are all subject to the will of Eurological Capitalism and Communism. In addition Blacology has revealed that there are researches and studies of other Blacological Thinkers such as 2Dr. Neely Fuller Jr. and 3Dr. Frances Welsing. These Cultural ZcyNzz have studied White supremacy/racism and agree that we have been affected in all areas of existence (i.e. economics, education, entertainment, labor, law, politics, religion, sex, and war). Since this is the case, it is absolutely necessary that every BlacPerson should go through the process of mis-education evaluation. We can not be whole nor can we be cured with out this step or process. Undoing your mis-education is the beginning of our de-programming. Dr. Woodson teaches us that, “4if you teach a man what to think, you do not have to worry about what he will do. If you teach him to go to the back door he will go with out you telling so. If you control the way a man thinks, you control what he will do. If there is no back door he will make one. If you teach a man where his place is he will go there. Stop him, he will fight you to get there”. This is the method that was taught to BlacAfrican People. This method taught to BlacPeople, was we were Negroes and white people were right. This is just some of many things that was taught to BlacPeople. But, the

They also taught Negroes that God looked like them. BlacAfricanz were taught by a white supremacist and racist culture. These slave makers had an ulterior motive. These motives were have not been changed, altered or undone. It is a perpetual system. It is the obligation of every individual of the BlacCulture to stop this system of injustice. The mechanism to undo white supremacy system is the instrument of BlacCulture. The first step is the evaluation of your own mis-education. The ancestors have left a blue print. It is up to the present generation of BlacAfrican people to use the resources that have been left by the ancestors. The five features I internalized were White Jesus, European (white) cultural supremacy, (Black) Cultural denial, Individualism, and dydactic niggerisms. The features that I did not internalize were Inferiority of Blacks to whites and white institutions are better than BlacInstitutionz. First of all I internalized the White Jesus because I was raised in a Negro Christian home. The method of indoctrination was covert and overt. The covert method was the pictures on the walls, in the Bible, on the church hand-fans, on the stain glass windows, statues and Christmas decorations. The overt methods were people telling you this was Jesus and he was God (i.e., minister, preachers, adults, children, and white folks telling these lies). How the manifestation of this feature was instilled is primarily through punishment, humiliation, scorn, fear of something bad would happen to you if you did not believe it. Once again Christmas was a weapon for getting you to submit by giving you gifts and telling stories. The

The final step to converting you to religion orientation was to subject you to violence. To eliminate the feature you must stop going to church. You must reach or look forward to adulthood. Associate your self with those who are not under the spell. Study the BlacCulture, Quran, Bible, “God the Black Man and The Truth” by Ben Ammi, “Message to the BlacMan” By Elijah Muhammad. Also listen to WOL Radio Station 1450 AM and strive to undo your mis-education every day. For my own personal spiritual journey I must continue the research, study, and development of Blacology as an Ntalextuwl Cultural ZcyNzz as my contribution to the redemption and advancement of BlacPeople and the redevelopment of BlacAfrican Culture. I internalized European (white) Cultural Supremacy due to a global system of perpetual white supremacy/racism that was affecting BlacPeople as individuals from birth. You were affected before you were conscious of your own existence. You are taught white cultural supremacy in schools and churches. What made the affect of white cultural supremacy so easy to internalize was the addition of being mis- educated in the Negro identity characterization. Everything that I was taught to you was dictated from a European perspective. I was Eurologically culturally condition to believe that BlacPeople were inferior and white people were superior. The manifestation of this eurological cultural conditioning is that BlacPeople were under estimated, marginalized, and devalued. The manifestation of this feature was and is primarily due to indoctrination of white supremacy, orientation of white supremacy, training of white supremacy and the final stage of this feature is violent re- enforcement. There are no ifs, ands, or buts, about these variables. You are subjected to them at all cost. You are taught the unwritten law of the color scheme. 1. If you are white you are right.

The elimination of this feature is as simple pie. Study BlacStory and BlacAfrican Culture. Celebrate BlacAfrican -holidays participate in Kwanzaa rituals every year, if you do not participate, then study Kwanzaa. Study all the Blacological Ntalextuwl Studies that are founded owned, operated, and maintained by BlacZchalaz. BlacPeople we must recognize and celebrate Black History Month in your heart, mine, and souls. Take a course or class in a Blacological Discipline such as: African Centered Education, Afrocentricity, African Studies, Negro History, Black History, Pan-Africanism, Black Nationalism Negritude, Black Studies, and Blacology. You may also conduct your own Blacological Research and Study. As for my own spiritual mission I must continue the research, study and development of the Ntalextuwl Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology. Cultural denial or the act of BlacAfrican People denouncing their culture was implicit if you were going to be an American. This feature was very important if you were going to assimilate into middle class white America or (W. A. S. P.) White Anglo Saxon Protestant culture. Then what you were subjected to was exclusionary method by which enforced ignorance. You were encouraged and rewarded for excluding and ignoring BlacAfrican Culture. You were made to feel BlacCulture is not necessary. You were told that there was no need for BlacCulture. You were

You only received complements when you studied European culture. You were made to feel that it was all right if you did not pass a Black History Quiz. You were taught to be-little BlacCulture by referring to it as stuff rather than substance. The manifestation of this feature was internalized due to the Euro-American system of oppression. You were taught to deny BlacCulture through orientation. We were taught this through the church and school. All training that you received was based on your outward denial of BlacCulture. Before you could get a job you had to denounce your culture. You had to pledge your allegiance the country before your culture. You were taught to swear an oath to your job before your culture. You were indoctrinated to denounce your culture as second class. You were taught that you did not have any culture. For those BlacPeople who practice Ntalextuwl Cultural Consciousness there was and is violence or reprisal. To eliminate this feature you must exhibit courage and loyalty. Profess your autonomous BlacCulture. Be dedicated to your BlacCulture. Develop a cultural display on your job. Ware some type of BlacCultural Insignia. Acknowledge your BlacCultural Heritage. Display Black Art at home and at work. Discuss Blacological topics with friends, family and co-workers. Read and subscribe to Black Magazines, newspapers, and books. Develop your on Blacological Library at home. For my personal spiritual vision I must continue to develop Blacology into a Cultural ZcyNzz. Do not refer to BlacPeople as n-i-g-g-e-r-s. Individualism is another feature which I internalized. This is one feature that is internalized by the majority of BlacPeople due to the quest for individual independence. This is perpetuated by a system of individualism. This system works through divide and conquer. This system teaches one to be insensitive to the plight and struggles of other BlacPeople. We were taught to be apathetic to the problems facing BlacPeople. We were taught to be selfish. Be by yourself and do your own

We were taught to be individualistic always concerned about I, me, my, and mine. We were taught individual preservation not collectivity. Based on the destruction of family individualism was strategically manifested by those who oppressed BlacPeople. This method was utilized in completion and acquisition. In order to be able accomplish this you have to get yourself together. In order to play sports you had to concentrate on your own abilities. Individualism was perpetuated throughout the school system. Don't be concerned about anyone else but yourself. If you help another student on a test you are cheating. We were taught in institution of eurological training to be an individual. Under the foster care system you could not be concern about your family. Look out for yourself. In religion we are taught to seek individual salvation. If your family does not believe what you do, leave them by the way side. To eliminate this feature you must network with BlacZchalaz. Work to develop a collective relationship with family both primary and siblings. Research and study the family tree. Educate your children on family BlacStory. Write a book on the Cross family BlacStory. Continue to develop Blacology into a Cultural ZcyNzz. I internalized dydactic n-i-g-g-e-r-ism because I grew up in system that was teaching BlacAfrican people to be so. The research of Blacology has reveal that there are several ways to spell and use it (i.e. nigger (s), niggaz, negga, niggra or nigga). There is a perpetual system for utilizing this dehumanizing word. We were taught teach it by calling BlacPeople this word. We were taught to identify ourselves as n-i-g-g-e-r-s. We were taught no matter what we did we were still n-i-g-g-e-r-s. If you became the richest Negro in the world you were still a n-i-g-g-e-r. We were taught to use the word in an acceptable manner. The manifestation of the word (n-i- g-g-e-r) was perpetuated and enforce in all areas of our existence. It was taught by doctors, lawyers, ministers, and teachers. Everybody was to be taught to call

BlacPeople n-i-g-g-e-r-s. Every BlacPerson identified themselves as n-i-g-g-e-r-s. Violence was the final step to the religion of dydactic n-i-g-g-e-r-ism. To eliminate this sickness, It is simple do not use the word n-i-g-g-e-r in your vocabulary. Explain that it is a mental illness to BlacPeople. Stop identifying your self as a n-i-g-g-e-r or n-i-g-g-a of that the I did not internalize was due to the Features of the resurgence BlacCulture. Every culture has ability to be resilient. Every culture has a natural instinct to survive, no matter what you do to it. It has an automatic redemption switch, just like you can not keep a good man down. You can’t keep a BlacCulture from redemption. Blacologically speaking, the BlacCulture’s redeeming qualities are in the BlacStory, BlacPeople and the Uncompromising Struggle. Let's take a look at the features I did not internalize. First of all I did not internalize the inferiority of BlacPeople to white. The law of the BlacCulture is it is Creed. The creed of the Black Culture is, "You are as good, equal, or better than any other people and cultures. This is taught to every BlacPerson from birth to death. As a matter of fact death is not seen as an end, but as a beginning. The creed is perpetuated in all areas of our existence. Although there has been much strife and tragedy in the BlacAfrican Culture, there is great success. The BlacCulture has contributed much to the civilization of man. The greatest accomplishment of the BlacCulture is its ability to redeem it self and provide source of strength to its people. Al though the BlacPeople have been colonialized and enslaved their culture continues to affect all areas of their existence. As a BlacPerson I could not believe the white institution were better then BlacInstitutionz because the greatest institution is the BlacFamily. I have been apart of BlacInstitution all my life and they have provided me with the best that life can offer. Because of BlacChurches, BlacSchoolz, BlacFamily, BlacOrganizationz, BlacBusinesses, every BlacMan and BlacWoman has the ability to do whatever the demand is. Because of the Creed of The BlacCulture and the spirit of the Uncompromising Struggle for freedom of

BlacPeople have helped in changing the course of world. Blacologically speaking, I did not internalize these because my BlacCulture let me knew that I was better than what the Eurological system said I was. The BlacCulture re-enforced that I may have done some of what they say I did. But I was not what they say I was. The BlacCulture never allowed me to trust in the white supremacy system. The BlacCulture taught me to believe in my people and our institutions. As a child I was taught of the Ancestorz and what they did in order for me to be here. Although I was equipped with the element of Cultural Loyalty I was taught to love my family, my people, and myself. It is not because of my own tenacity alone that I did not internalize these features. It is the collective effort of BlacPeople, the BlacAncestorz, and the Uncompromising Struggle of the redevelopment of BlacCulture. I did not internalize these features because of the Cultural Solidarity working in all BlacCulture. The time for the salvation of the BlacAfrican Culture is right now.

How I see myself helping BlacAfrican People regain the things that Dr. Asa G. Hilliard say we have lost.

I must first of all place myself in a Blacological perspective, point of view, position or standpoint. I must do this in order to be able to begin from a point of understanding that is operatively BlacAfrican. I must do this because I can only help BlacPeople if I am for BlacPeople, of BlacPeople, from BlacPeople, by BlacPeople and about BlacPeople in my thinking. Everything I do must be geared toward

You must be obligated, loyal, trust worthy, bounded, consistent, or non-compromising. You must study the BlacStory, culture, and the people. You must prepare yourself for a monumental task, a death defying feet. You must be ready for triumph defeat, and disaster. You must study to become a BlacLeader. Not just a good Doctor, Lawyer, teacher, psychiatrist, sociologist, policeman, criminologist, preacher etc., you must study to become something greater than superman. You must prepare yourself for the most unimaginable. You must go where no one has gone before. You must seek out God!!! You must become a God. You must know what BlacPeople need and what BlacPeople want. You must put your body out there as a living sacrifice. You must be willing to create new ideas, philosophies, theories, belief and ZcyNzz. Be prepared to have some of your own people to not believe in you. You must believe in what you are doing. You must know that there is no easy way. Whatever you do, you must be prepared to live for it, fight for it and die for it. Know what it means to help BlacPeople regain what we have lost.

You must know what your strengths and your weaknesses are. You must know your talents and gifts. You must use your ability to achieve the end by whatever means are necessary. What the research of Blacology has revealed to me is that there are two types of means; legitimate and illegitimate. There are three methods by which BlacPeople use to accomplish redemption and they are Blacologically speaking: intergrationalism, nationalism and infultrationalism. As a Blacological ZcyNtist, you must be able to utilize each method strategically. You must understand each method. You must use them as a means to a Blacological end which ever method you use you must maintain your cultural obligation. Blacologically speaking, I believe that the way to regain what we have lost is by cultural redevelopment. The reason why we

We have all the elements we need but we do not have an organized culture. We have politics, economics, education, and religion. If we do not have a culture to organize our politics, our politics are of no use to us if we do not have a culture to spend our economics on. Our economics will not work for us. If we do not have a culture to educate ourselves on, our education is not real. If we do not have a culture that we can worship our own religion then we will be exploited by the religions of other cultures. I see myself as a Blacological Cultural ZcyNtist helping us regain whatever we lost.

#1 Name

Somewhere I read that dogs and slaves are named by the (Slave) Master. But free men name themselves.

I have given this some thought. I know that it is true. So I began to search for a name that would fit the spirit in which my mother and father name me. I was first given a name by brother Amos Mohammed Sirleaf. Who is the other Blacologist here at Howard University. I was proud of the name because I acknowledged the need for every Black man, woman, and child to have a name from their culture. The name is Allah Sunnah. It means "God sent".

This is the spirit in which my mother and father named me. It is from the Mandingo language.

So in the spirit I was named. I took on the language with honor and pride. I Allah Sunnah was conscious of my culture. But when I told my home boys, brother

So I began unconsciously in my spirit seeking a name that would comfort the confusion in my people. Because I am, because we are, therefore, I exist. My spirit longed for me to name myself so that they could understand my existence. I began to Blacologically analyze the two cultures. My conclusion was to merge the two. As a Black man born in this land, I study my people. I study how they talk and the way they called my name. No one Black ever says W-A-L-T-E-R. They say Wulta or Walta. So I once again did as I did with Blacology. I did a little linguistic Mathematic. I blended the culture and came up with the Wulta Zimani Cross an intersection of the mother land throughout the world. In the spirit in which I came. I named myself Wulta. Zimani called unto me from the research of Blacology. When I study the ten part series the Africans by Ali Mazrui and African religion and philosophy by Jon Mibiti. Zimani means those we want to be remembered forever. So, what I have done is created a Blacological name for myself in the spirit which I came. I can provide more detail upon request. I am a free man. I named myself.

#2 Way of life/World View.

Blacologically speaking, from a cultural perspective. We have lost our way of life (culture) because we do not lay claims to our music, philosophies, theories, and believes. What we need to do is copyright our ideas. We should charge other cultures for the use of our talents, resources, and ideas. No cultures or individual should be able to use our knowledge without retribution. We must not continue to be the labor, servants, and entertainment for other cultures and not receive compensation. We have lost our world view because we have placed our view under the sand. We have swept our knowledge under the rug. We have been mis-educated, hood winked, duped, tricked and fooled, into believing that the orientation and

We need to develop a department of Black culture that will discipline, organizes, and distribute the compensation of cultural injustices. In order to regain our way of life/world view, we must develop our culture. Cultural solidarity is what we need. We need our own ideas, philosophies, theories, beliefs. The only way to get these things is to study ourselves from a Blacological perspective. We need the ZcyNzz of Blacology. We must become ZcyNtific in our approach to the solutions we need.

#3 Appetite for Our Culture

The way to get back our appetites for culture is to teach and demand culture. We must teach our children and ourselves BlacCulture. We must study our environments and our ways to develop a culture that has traditions and customs. We must know what our culture is and we must know the difference between BlacAfrican Culture and other cultures. We must live by the creeds of our culture. There is only one way, to get our appetite for our culture back. We must teach our culture in our institutions churches, school, and other organization. We must not use the ideas of other culture. Our culture must become a ritual.

# 4 General/Loss of Memory

I can not say it too many times the key to regaining our loss of memory is by the study of our pass. We must know our BlacStory. We must know about the uncompromising struggle of our people. We have a loss in memory because we are preoccupied with other cultures. The process of making a slave is on going. There has been no mechanism to undo or dismantle this system. This system is self

We have tried every aspect of our environment. The tool that is needed is culture. This will bring our memory back to where it should be. What BlacAfrican people need is cultivation. We must cultivate ourselves by utilizing our culture. We must have cultural education. We must study the past, preset and the future perspectives. We must be culturally ZcyNtific.

# 5 As a Consequence of #4, we have Accepted False Memories.

There is no other way to say it, but to say in truth. We must study our culture so as to know the truth. It is our job to present the truth to our children and ourselves. We are aware that the truth has been hidden from us. Some of us do not know the truth. It is up to those who know the truth to stand up and tell the truth. We should not allow any thing money, jobs, politics or the promise of a better life to allow us to continue to live a life of false memories.

With Blacology we can ZcyNtifically identify the false memories. We can show how these memories have kept us from being what we should be. When we stop the worship of white Jesus and white Gods. We must develop a system by which we can eliminate the false memories. Blacology can be the tool by which we dismantle these lies. We must build new school and universities to employ our scholars to educate us on the false memories and provide us with true memories.

#6 Land

In order to regain the land that has been inherited to us. We must develop a dual citizenship with Africa and do trade. We must develop economic and cultural ties. We must educate ourselves about the specific African countries we are doing business with. We must learn to speak the language. We should study the culture. We should not only do this in Africa but all over the world. We should make our first effort Africa the motherland. We must began to work collectively in Africa and America. We must hold onto all the land we have in our ownership. We should start settlements and build new countries. We should buy land where ever we can start a settlement. We must use the information and resources that we have acquired in our sojourn to built cities and countries.

#7 Independent Productive Capacity

After we have utilized our knowledge in buying land, we will have created an environment by which our independent productive capacity will began to instinctively grow. We must use our culture to develop for us, what we need. There is enough knowledge left by our forefather, ancestors and contemporaries to produce ZcyNzz to meet our needs. We must utilize our assets. We must acknowledge wisdom of our culture. We must believe in our heritage. We must use the knowledge that has been left to us as our resources. Our struggle is our own independent productive capacity. In order for us to be independent producers, we must turn to our culture. The knowledge of cultural affirmation is what we need to stand as a productive people. It is very simple what we should do to regain our productive capacity. We must concentrate on our collective capacity. We must stop being individual and become families, people and a culture. I am skeptical about

27 Blacological Process of Ntalextuwl Liberation independence when you are dealing, with ex-slave culture. There was plenty of independence and individualism in slavery. All you had to do was worry or take care of yourself. You did not have to be concerned about your mother, father, sister, or brother no one but yourself. Independence.

#8 Independent Control of Self

I must not equivocate from my original theory, concept or ideal.

The key to our Independent control of ourselves lies in the collective development of our own culture. As long as we are under the ideas, philosophies and beliefs of other cultures. We will be slaves to their way of thinking. We must come out of the ways and norms of other cultures. We will never be what we should be until we are culturally aware, culturally sound and culturally awake. We must have a cultural revolution. As a Blacological Cultural ZcyNtist, I must say that Independent control of self comes from a cultural foundation. Culture is the essences to our redemption.

#9 Sensitivity - loss of ability to perceive when others do things that are detrimental to us.

The slaves’ loss all sense of cultural morality. He/she was denied the right of cultural affiliation any time they spoke in the language or acted according to their culture they were punished, beaten, and tormented and torched. This was done to get their culture out of them. If you can take a mans culture from him, you can make him a salve. If you take a peoples culture from them, they lose their sense of morality. Malcolm X, told us that white folks did what they did to us because we were Black, not because we were Christian, Jewish or whatever religion we were in.

Not because our political party but because we were Black. This is true. So we marched to get civil rights to stop this kind of discrimination. Now we must come together as a culture for our cultural rights. We must fight for our right to have our own culture. Today we are not liked because of our culture. When we develop our culture, we will regain our ability to sense when others are detrimental to us. Without cultural morality, we are not obligated to stand for anything. Dr. Martin L. King, Jr. told us that if a man does not stand for something, he will fall for anything. The BlacAfrican people must stand for their culture. The culture must be organized. Blacologically speaking: Without our own culture we are a loss cause.

#10 Solidarity - Unity; Loss of a Clear Sense of Wholeness, Continuity, and Purpose.

What the research of Blacology has revealed to me is that our culture is diverse. It is so diverse until diversity is our strength. Under the ex-slave culture, we have grown in many directions. Our children have begun to come into the world seeking their way. We work our hardest and make sure our children get what they want. We have taught them not to take the same things that we have taken. We are monolithic in that regard. We have made a bad thing into something good. We have righted the rough. We have become very extreme. We have tried every idea under the sun. We have left ourselves out. We can no long continue at this diversity. We have come full circle. We are back to where we started. It is now time for Solidarity. But, we must be specific. We need a certain type of solidarity. We want cultural solidarity. Everybody Black wants their cultural needs fulfilled. The spirits of BlacAfrican People are seeking cultural unity, cultural wholeness, cultural continuity, and cultural purpose. Our ancestors are working over time providing us with our cultural manifestation. They are feeding our souls cultural knowledge. We

We have what it takes to change the course of the world, now that we are digging the right yard. We have found that we have come up with Gold. In order for us to regain solidarity-unity; loss of clear sense of wholeness, continuity and purpose. We must take our culture to task. This is our fate. We must develop the ZcyNzz of Blacology into a Ntalextuwl ZcyNzz. We must acknowledge the wisdom of our ancestor as a vehicle of ZcyNtific Thought. We must be able to define our struggle from our ZcyNtific thought.

After reading "The Parent's Handbook", I could not see myself in any of the roles. The role I see myself in is head of the family. If Sister Cross can not handle the

By being head of the family that means that whenever the children want to do something they come to me first. If mommie does not have it or know it, go to Pop!!! I try to handle their problems with some common knowledge. I look at them as though I was in there shoes. I judge them as I would want to be judge. When I explain a situation, I look at that situation from two ways. First, how I use to think when I was that age. Then, from an adult perspective, I must be honest and I have to be Blacological because my boys are Black and they must know How to cope for a Blacological perspective. I can talk to them on any subject by putting all thing aside, they must know the difference between truth and fiction. If they do not know how to survive as a Black African person, they will not be able to make it. I always tell my sons that I am not trying to make Donald duck, bug bunny, batman, or any cartoon characters. I am trying to make Black Leaders.

We were taught, that Abraham Lincoln free the slaves when he had no control over the slaves because, they were apart of the Confederacy, which was another country.

We were taught not to identify racism when we see it, but ignore it because we are on probation.

We were taught to take whatever white folks did to us in order to get the job.

We were taught, that having sex with white people is a measuring rod for not being a racist.

We were taught, that if we did not undo 432 years of oppression, omission, subjugation, racism, minority status, second class citizenship, dehumanization, and slavery in 30 years. White folk would take back civil rights, affirmative action, assimilation and emancipation from us.

We were taught, that if we were not three to ten times better than white folk we do not have a chance.

We were taught, to get out of the way of white people.

We were taught, to not look white people in the face.

We were taught, to be ashamed of ourselves for being in this type of situation.

We were taught, that Black people were responsible for us being in slavery.

We were taught, that we did not have enough sense to build the pyramids.

The Process of Decolonizing the Mind

1. After reading the article, “Decolonizing the Mind”, I realized there should be a process for Decolonizing the mind. Ngugi wa did not give you any thing you could do to undo the process of colonization. As An African-Centered Educator and a Blacological Zchala I was trained in the process of undoing your mis-education as a BlacAfrican by Abena Walker Principle and President of The Historic African-Centered School and the Pan-African University in Washington in 1996. So it was proper and fitting there should be a process to decolonize the mind and it goes as follows:

A. The very first thing you must do is to eliminate the word n-i-g-g-e-r from your vocabulary or any words that under estimate, marginalize, or devalue BlacAfrican People. Teach other to used the word is to dehumanize all BlacAfricanz or BlacPeople. It is also an indictment against the Ntelajnzz of your self and all BlacPeople. It also cast a devaluing aspect to the character of the person using the word. You must understand that there is nothing endearing about this word. Recognize this for yourself and become conscious of your own mis-education and colonialism.

B. Except that you are, for your mind is colonized and mis-educated.

C. Study and research the effects of colonization or mis-education

Seek and strive everyday for the BlacNahlej that forever confronts you.

4. Know the words that promote underestimation, marginalization, devaluing and Stigmatic injury of BlacAfrican people.

5. Study to gain Self Approval and evolutional development.

6. Collect Articles, books, movies, documentaries that educate your self on evolutional development of BlacAfrican Culture. This will also help you to develop your own Blacological Library that consist of books, videos, audios, on BlacAfrican Culture.

7. Write and talk about decolonizing your mind and undoing your mis-education.

8. Do not accept the White Jesus as you personal savior. It is OK to Believe in the Jesus described in the Bible but not a Eurological version of Blond hair and blue eyes if you are a BlacAfrican.

9. Educate others on the process of Blacological Evolutional Ntelajenzz. Learn to spell Ntelajnzz from a Blacological ZcyNzz.

10.Accept the fact that there is BlacNahlej and strive to acquire that Cultural Nahlej.

11.As BlacZchalaz we must see our selves as BlacNtalextuwlz who has evolved from our own autonomous Cultural ZcyNzz. We must spell the word as such to give credence to our own autonomous Body of Nahlej. As BlacNtalextuwlz we must promote the freedom, utilization, and perpetuation of the Innovative Authentic Monolithic Ntalextuwl Creative Genius (IAMNCG) of BlacAfrican People and their Culture. The evolutional freedom of decolonizing the BlacMind will begin with the use of Blacological Evolutional Ntelajnzz. Believe in the fact that you are a BlacNtalextuwl.

12.Utilize BlacZchalaz when you are trying to show Ntelajnzz by quoting Ntelajent men and women of wisdom.

A. Do not promote Eurological scholars as superior to BlacAfrican Zchalaz. i.e. A Jewish scholar would not promote Hitler as a superior intellectual to a Jewish scholars. Do not quote white/european scholars to make yourself look smart or wise only quote BlacZchalaz to express your awareness, approval, and support for the BlacAfrican Cultural Ntelajnzz.

13.Lead by example Question teachers and instructors on why we are studying Eurological scholars, when BlacAfrican Zchalaz are just as Nahlejable in the field?

14.Do not be afraid to stand for the belief that BlacNahlej is a reality.

15.Quote these words to your self and to those who are not conscious or unconscious of promotion and perpetration of Eurological intellectual dominance:

You must be able to stand, live, fight, and die for the redemption of BlacPeople. Always use your mind for the advancement of BlacNahlej and the redevelopment BlacAfrican Culture. If you can do most of these you are on your way to decolonizing your mind.

Blacological Principle Statement

While reading the book, 5To Die For the People”, by Huey P. Newton PhD, I read the Ten Point Program of the “The Black Panther Party for Self-Defense”, What Blacological Research revealed was that The Ten Point Program was and is a statement of principles.

The Ten-Point Program: Black Panther Party for Self-Defense l. We want freedom. We want power to determine the destiny of our Black Community.

We believe that black people will not be free until we are able to determine our destiny.

2. We want full employment for our people.

We believe that the federal government is responsible and obligated to give every man employment or a guaranteed income. We believe that if the White American businessmen will not give full employment, then the means of production should be taken from the businessmen and placed in the community so that the people of the community can organize and employ all of its people and give a high standard of living.

3. We want an end to the robbery by the CAPITALIST of our Black Community.

We believe that this racist government has robbed us and now we are demanding the overdue debt of forty acres and two mules. Forty acres and two mules was promised 100 years ago as restitution for slave labor and mass murder of Black people. We will accept the payment in currency which will be distributed to our many communities. The Germans are now aiding the Jews in Israel for the genocide of the Jewish people. The Germans murdered six million Jews. The American racist has taken part in the slaughter of over fifty million Black people; therefore, we feel that this is a modest demand that we make.

4. We want decent housing fit for shelter of human beings.

We believe that if the White landlords will not give decent housing to our Black community, then the housing and the land should be made into cooperatives so that our community, with government aid, can build and make decent housing for its people.

5. We want education for our people that exposes the true nature of this decadent American society. We want education that teaches us our true history and our role in the present-day society.

We believe in an educational system that will give to our people a knowledge of self. If a man does not have knowledge of himself and his position in society and the world, then he has little chance to relate to anything else.

6. We want all Black men to be exempt from military service.

We believe that Black people should not be forced to fight in the military service to defend a racist government that does not protect us. We will not fight and kill other people of color in the world who, like Black people, are being victimized by the White racist government of America. We will protect ourselves from the force and violence of the racist police and the racist military, by whatever means necessary.

7. We want an immediate end to POLICE BRUTALITY and MURDER of Black people.

We believe we can end police brutality in our Black community by organizing Black self-defense groups that are dedicated to defending our Black community from racist police oppression and brutality. The second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States gives a right to bear arms. We therefore believe that all Black people should arm themselves for self-defense.

8. We want freedom for all Black men held in federal, state, county and city prisons and jails.

We believe that all Black people should be released from the many jails and prisons because they have not received a fair and impartial trial.

9. We want all Black People when brought to trial to be tried in court by a jury of their peer group or people from their Black communities, as defined by the Constitution of the United States.

We believe that the courts should follow the United States Constitution so that Black people will receive fair trials. The l4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution gives a man a right to be tried by his peer group. A peer is a person from a similar economic, social, religious, geographical, environmental, historical and racial background. To do this the court will be forced to select a jury from the Black community from which the Black defendant came. We have been, and are being tried by all-White juries that have no understanding of the "average reasoning man" of the Black community.

10. We want land, bread, housing, education, clothing, justice and peace.

When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume, among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We must recognize that, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that, whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and, accordingly, all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.

The Blacological Principle Statement

After reading this book I was inspired to write to “The Blacological Principle Statement”, for The Blacology Research and Development Institute Inc. (BRDI) “A Cultural ZcyNzz”. I had read this book before in 1988, but I was not as settled in my vision. I knew that I was a Blacologizt but I was in the stage of gathering information and did not gain the Nahlej that was received in this semester fall 2002. The stage of Blacology at this point is to institutionalize the Nahlej of BlacAfrican Culture. This book is helping to organize and structure the Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology. It has also provided insight into the vision of Blacology. Every BlacInstitution should have a Blacological Principle Statement. This will help to provide the discipline that is necessary in developing your vision and cultural obligations. The message I received was to maintain your original vision. Blacologically, the use of our Cultural Nahlej is the key to our success. As long as

Blacological Zchalaz keep in mind the redevelopment of BlacAfrican Culture there will be much success. The Blacological Principle Statement is as follows:

1. We want the freedom to utilize our BlacNahlej to be creative, productive, and develop our autonomous Blacological Evolutionary Cultural ZcyNzz.

There is a myth that only Europeans can create or develop interdisciplinary Sciences. Also that only Europeans have the intellectual ability to produce sciences. In the past the BlacAfrican Zcholarz have been steered toward the Fields of Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology and other Eurological Studies. This has been done without the consideration of the Innovative Authentic Monolithic Ntalextuwl Creative Genius (IAMNCG) of BlacAfrican Zcholarz. It has been assumed by BlacPeople and insinuated by Europeans that the magnitude of 6Blacological Creative Genius can only be to acquire a European Study whether it is from the West or in the origins of the European World. The control of the 7BlacMind is the asset and resource of the 8BlacZchalaz and is an instrument in the advancement of their Culture. (There must be further Study) It is the only means by which BlacAfricanz Zcholarz can obtain an economic foundation for the establishment of their own academic and Ntalextuwl field of study. This is a field that has not been embarked upon by the established interdisciplinary entrepreneurs. We want the power to develop the magnitude and destiny of Blacological Thult.

2. As Blacological Zcholarz we want full Ntalextuwl Studies and Professional Employment for our Cultural ZcyNtist and those who strive to achieve and develop this ZcyNzz.

We want to develop Professional and Academic Careers in the field of Blacology. We want to educate and train Blacological Zchalaz from pre-school to the Doctoral level in the public and private educational systems. We also want to own and operate our own Public and private school systems. This will provide jobs, careers and professions of full employment in the Field of Blacology. It has been traditional that BlacPeople who graduate from White Institutions received privilege over BlacPeople who graduated from HBCU’s. Also BlacZchalaz who graduated from white institutions also received privilege over BlacZchalaz who graduate from HBCU’s at HBCU’s for Employment. Not based on better merit but on the fact that they graduated from White Institutions. This must stop. We want the commerce and entrepreneurial ship of BlacNahlej to be control by a Blacological ZcyNzz. (There must be further study)

3. We want the end to the marginalization of BlacZchalaz and their Ntalextuwl Property and Creative genius in the BlacAfrican Culture and Institutions of higher learning by the perpetration of Eurological Studies as the only curriculum and superior thought.

There is an unwritten inhumane Law of white supremacy/racism in the United States and throughout the European World that states, “9If you are white you’re right, if your passing you’re right, if you’re light you might, if you are yellow you’re mellow, if you are brown stick around, if you are Black get back”.

This law has been in operation since the beginning of the perpetuation of Eurological Cultural supremacy over 400 years. 10According to Joe Madison, “In this world and in the United States BlacPeople and White people have been taught that, white people are superior and BlacPeople are inferior. The manifestation of this is that BlacPeople are underestimate, marginalized, and devalued”. When you teach Eurological Studies at HBCU’s and Private and Public schools as the mandatory courses and superior knowledge, then you teach that BlacNahlej is inferior and should not be taught or should only be taught as an elective. This is Eurological Cultural Supremacy. Blacological research has revealed to study Eurological Studies is to retrogress in the development of Blacological Thult. To study Eurological studies as the bases and foundation of your Nahlej is to surrender to the perpetration of Eurological scholarship as superior to my own Cultural Ntalextuwl Integrity. In the research of Blacology, it has revealed that to study European culture as the bases of your Nahlej is to stagnate the growth of the Innovative Authentic Monolithic Ntalextuwl Creative Genius (IAMNCG) of BlacAfrican Culture and its People. To be forced to study Eurological studies against my will is a violation of my beliefs. This will cause retrogression in my intellectual grow as a Blacological Zcholar. This is the promotion of Eurological Cultural Supremacy and the marginalization of Blacological Cultural Thult. This causes a problem of retention by forced indoctrination of the excepting of the devaluing of Blacological Nahlej. This is parallel to teaching a Jew that Hitler is a greater and a superior thinker to Jewish scholars. We cannot participate in our own dehumanization. We must protest this by refusing to study these subjects and request an assignment by BlacZchalaz.

4. We want to be able to house the Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology in the University of BlacAfrican Culture with facilities fit for ZcyNtific research and study.

We believe that white universities are not responsible to give decent honor and respect to BlacAfrican Culture. It is the collaboration of the HBCU’s, Black Business’s, and BlacZchalaz who must govern and build the Blacological Studies for preservation and perpetuation of Blacological Cultural Nahlej. This institution must be financed by the tax dollars of BlacPeople in the United States. We want Blacology to be taught first of all in the Black Pre-schools, Grammar Schools, Junior High School, High Schools and HBCU’s. We also want to have control over these careers and academic positions as well as the determination of curriculum literature and materials. We want the Blacology Research and Development Institute to be the institution that trains these professionals. As citizen of the United States we have contributed much to the past and current prosperity of this country and we request that the U.S. Government provide the funding for this Blacological Cultural ZcyNzz. The status of BlacPeople at the present time continues to be "a composition of meager returns for a wealth of contributions over 400 years (200 years in excess of the 11200th Anniversary of the U.S. Constitution), made in spite of forces of slavery, segregation, poverty, discrimination, brutality, death, and racism. 12As the U.S. Constitution is examined and magnified, BlacPeople must not forget that this nation is indebted to us for 250 years of enslavement and over a century of racism, discrimination, poverty, and omission since slavery.

5. We want Afro-centric, African-Centered Education and the Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology, as well as a Blacological Academic Entrepreneurial Systems for our people that is owned and operated by Blacological Zcholarz. We want our children to know that BlacNahlej is economically viable and achievable. We want our 13Ntalextuwl Entrepreneurial System to reflect our uncompromising struggle for justice in the past, present, and future perspectives.

We believe that an educational system that is not specific in its vision and origin as to whom it is developed for cannot serve our needs. Then that education does not and will not be applicable to the needs and redemption of BlacAfrican People and the redevelopment of their culture. It is incumbent that after the captivity of 300 hundred years and denial of BlacAfrican Culture for 450 years. We must have a Blacological Ntalextuwl Entrepreneurial System and a Cultural ZcyNzz that is designed to meet our special needs.

6. We want for all BlacPeople to be eligible to acquire an Edjukexun in Blacology at all HBCU’s with out qualifying by or for a SAT, ACT, OR GRE examination or any other Eurological method of elimination.

We believe that BlacPeople should not be eliminated from education or forced to take a test to prove you want to study BlacAfrican Culture. We do not believe that BlacPeople should have to compete for a position at HBCU’s for an Edjukexun in BlacAfrican Culture. We want to put and end to this competition for a college. We want to edjuket all those BlacPeople who want get an Edjukexun. We believe that the government should pay for this Edjukexun. We believe that the United States Education Department should fund Blacology or fund a Blacology Edjukexun Department operated by BlacZchalaz. 7. We want an immediate end to the white supremacy training of Black Policemen on Black College Campuses and in our neighbors. We want the immediate stop to the training of shooting of black targets by Black and white police. We want the unjust practice of Black and white officers taking BlacStudentz to jail for minor crimes and torts only because they cannot take white students to jail to stop. If an officer has only arrested BlacStudentz he/she cannot work in or at HBCU’s nor in the BlacCommunity. We want every HBCU Police/Security Department to be edjuketed in the BlacStory and be encouraged to achieve an Edjukexun in Blacology.

We believe that the training of white supremacy is infested in law enforcement training. The most obvious of this training is the practice of shooting of Black targets. Blacologically, this training conditions police both Blackz and whites to be systematically and pathological in the use of violence when it comes to BlacPeople. Sirleaf PhD) We believe that the training of white supremacy was establish in the 1900’s and has not change in the law enforcement field. We believe the Black Police Organizations must take charge as entrepreneurial institution in the Black Community own and operated by BlacZchalaz of law enforcement. These changes will end the brutality and murder of BlacPeople by Police organizations.

8. We want Blacology to be taught to all BlacPeople held in prison. This will provide a job and career opportunities for those who have paid their debt to society.

We want for BlacPolitical Prisoners to be released and educated in Blacology. We will also want to give life experiences as credit toward acquiring Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorates in Blacology. Also we want BlacPolitical Prisoners to

assistance in the development of Blacology as teachers and instructors in prison and receive pay for their contributions to Blacology. We also want to provide jobs and careers as Blacologizt for those BlacPrisonerz who have children.

9. We want to bring to trial the exploitation of the BlacMind and the practice of cultural genocide on BlacAfrican Culture by the Eurological Cultural Monopoly of the United States Educational system. Which is a violation of the Law that is against the Monopoly of enterprise and a violation of human rights. The Eurological Studies have monopolized the education arena of the United States for over 400 years.

We believe that a Blacological Edjukexun is a business and not manner sent from God. We also believe that the implementation of, “The Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology” is a way to stop the monopoly of Eurological Studies in the BlacAfrican Culture and its communities. We believe that Cultural Edjukexun and specifically one that has been developed by Blacological Zchalaz, will best prepare ourselves and BlacChildren to build a culture that is evolving into its own right. The monopoly of Eurological Studies is economically exploitive and culturally genocidal to BlacPeople. This is a human rights violation and violation of Anti-Trust Laws.

10.We want to establish the “Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology”, as an enterprise within the United States and the world. Own and operated by BlacAfrican People and funded by the governments in which it resides. We want the building of Blacology Institute the University of BlacAfrican Cultural there is a university for every culture but the BlacAfrican Culture.

We believe that Blacology is a way to enterprise BlacAfrican Culture throughout the world. Blacology can provide Ntalextuwl Edjukexun for economic development as a Evolutionary Cultural ZcyNzz. Blacology will not be own by the public or government institutions but subcontracted as a field of

study and a Cultural ZcyNzz. We believe that in the system of multiculturalism Blacology must be own and operated by BlacPeople. We also believe that Blacology must be in an institution of multicultural education in order for there to be true multiculturalism otherwise multiculturalism is a sham.

Blacological Analysis

Dr. H.P. Newton and other BlacZchalaz have proved that are capable of meeting the standards of the Eurological Studies, with his theory of Revolutionary Intercommunalism. This concept could have only come from the mind of one who is from the legacy of the uncompromising struggle of the BlacAfrican Culture and its people. The use of the term Revolutionary Intercommunalism was used in several ways. Although Dr. H.P. Newton did not give any history of the origin of the words. Revolutionary is a term that has been applied to this ideology as well as intercommunalism, this theory is maid up of these two words. Let us break these two words down so that we are able to get a better understanding for what Dr. H.P. Newton PhD meant by the use of the theory “Revolutionary Intercommunalism”. Revolution is the root word of revolutionary according to the 15World book encyclopedia the term generally refer to a fundamental change in the character of a nation’s government. Such a change may not be violent. Revolutions may also occur in other areas, including cultural, economic, and social activities. People who work to replace an old system with a new one are called revolutionaries. Based on Dr. H.P. Newton’s Negrological training this is what he meant about Revolutionary. These two words are the bases for the elements of the linguistics of Ebonics. They are a combination of the Eurological language arts and the creative genius of BlacAfrican Ntalextuwl Idiom. These terms were instinctively used in a Blacological way. This was revolutionary in its application. Dr. Newton used this theory with BlacPeople being the major part of this revolutionary ideal. Dr. Newton did not see BlacPeople as a second hand or backup solution to national or international justice. He always talked about BlacPeople being the peace of the puzzle that was needed to bring about world justice. They were applied in the manner that would give BlacPeople the main concentration in this theory. Let us take a look at how he use the term in his book , “To Die For the People”: A. The use of term Revolutionary Intercommunalism:  The vision of the Black Panther Party is expressed in the first part of this book, and the core of the vision is Revolutionary Intercommunalism. Revolutionary Intercommunalism is an idea, which emerges out of a fundamental contradiction: that America is not a nation but an empire which directly or indirectly spans the globe, that its real units are communities which are ever more visible as one goes down into the poor Third World strata of America, and that that empire and community stand in dialectical contradiction and confrontation with each other. Pg. XV111.

 The Black Panther Party would like to reverse that trend and lead the people of the world into the age of "Revolutionary Intercommunalism." This would be the time when the people seize the means of production and distribute the wealth and the technology in an egalitarian way to the many communities of the world. Pg.32

 After the people possess the means of production we will probably not move directly into communism but linger with Revolutionary Intercommunalism until such time as we can wash away bourgeois thought, until such time as we can wash away racism and reactionary thinking, until such time as people are not attached to their nation as a peasant is attached to the soil, until such time as that people can gain their sanity and develop a culture that is "essentially

human," that will serve the people instead of some god. Because we cannot avoid contact with each other we will have to develop a value system that will help us function together in harmony. Pg.37

 Whether on an intercommunal level, a regional level, or on a local level, we hold that all people have the right to proportional representation within the framework of revolutionary intercommunalism and communism. pg.42

 The common factor that binds us all is not only the fact of oppression but the oppressor: the United States Government and its ruling circle. We, the people of the world, have been brought together under strange circumstances. We are united against a common enemy. Today the philosophy of revolutionary intercommunalism dictates that the survival programs implemented by and with the people here in America and those same basic People's Survival Programs being implemented in Mozambique by the Mozambique Liberation Front are essential to bringing about world unity, from Africa to the Black community inside America, developing and uniting against a common enemy.  The United States' domination over all our territories equals a reactionary (in opposition to the interests of all) set of circumstances among our com- munities: Reactionary Intercommunalism. We can transform these circumstances to all our benefit: Revolutionary Intercommunalism. Pg. 210

This is not a sociological thought. This is a Blacological Thult it could have only been conceived from one who has experience the trials and tribulation of Black subjugation. The Blacological Ntelajnzz of producing a theory that would was so brilliant that the Eurological scholars sought to claim it as sociological is the wisdom of BlacNahlej. Some things BlacPeople do and say are so correct and right that white people want to be a part of it. Such as Blue, Jazz, Reggae, and Rap. Eurological Scholars heard the term and said, that’s sociology. BlacZchalaz must lay a claim to our Autonomous Cultural Nahlej. Some things are so valuable they bring economic wealth with their brilliance. Culturally, Dr. Newton is a Blacological Theorizt who is a bright and shining star in the annuals of Blacology.

As a Blacologizt it my duty is to collect information and Nahlej that BlacZchalaz have left for the redevelopment of BlacAfrican Culture and the redemption of its people. To analyze that Nahlege so that, we are able to gain a better understanding as a blue print for success in the rebuilding of the Black Civilization. As a cultural scientist it is only proper and fitting that BlacNahlej be claimed by a field of study that is operatively Blacological. The Eurological fields have benefited from the work of BlacAfrican Zchalaz with meager returns for a wealth of contributions. It is time that BlacZchalaz to receive the recognition for the contributions that they have maid towards their own Innovative Authentic Monolithic Ntalextuwl Creative Genius (IAMNCG). There is enough research and study to manufacture a Blacological Cultural ZcyNzz for BlacZchalaz. With all the research and Study that Dr. W.E.B. Dubois has done in the field of Sociology he is not given equal bidding as the founding fathers of Sociology. In the vicarious view of BlacZchalaz in the Eurological Studies Dr. W.E.B. DuBois is not as great as the Sociological founding fathers. That is because Dr. Dubois did not found the science he is only a practitioner. This is the same for Dr. Huey P. Newton. As BlacZchalaz it is our obligation and duty to take the BlacNahlej that our forefathers and mothers left us and build a ZcyNzz that is worthy of their genius and creativity. According to 17Dr. Julius Nyerere, “We are the custodians of the culture of mothers and fathers and we are the perpetuators of the culture of our children. We have no right to pass on tour children a culture that is less fertile that the one our parents passed on to us”. It is an honor and a duty to be able to rejoice in the creative genius of BlacZchalaz. It is the nourishment for the energy that is needed to conduct and build the foundation of Blacology. ZcyNtific facts, which prove that a Blacological Evolutionary Cultural ZcyNzz is real. Blacology is not about the negative things that were have done but about the Innovative Authentic Monolithic Ntalextuwl Creative Genius of BlacAfrican Culture. Why should BlacNahlej exist in a second-class status when it can have equality in its own field of a Blacological Ntalextuwl Cultural ZcyNzz? Not limited to the standards of the Eurological Studies but have the universe as it vision. Blacology is an Evolutionary Cultural ZcyNzz. It is natural; it is something that is bound to come. It is a natural inclination. Every people have a culture. It is apparent in their speech music, art, and ideals. It is time to stop emulating, assimilating, and mimicking. It is time to start thinking and doing some creating to back it up. We do too much assimilating. We do to mush mimicking. Any one can assimilate or emulate mimic. Why, look at all ethnic groups that have assimilated, emulated and mimicked. The Irish, the French, the Greeks, the Hispanics, and Asians. Yes the Asians can assimilate, emulate and mimic. But it’s not because the Asians can assimilate, emulate, and mimick that has Asia now a major factor in the world trade and commerce. It is because the Asians stop assimilating and emulating, and started doing some thinking. Not only did the Asians start thinking, but also they did some creating to back it up.

That is what BlacPeople need to do. Stop assimilating, emulating, and mimicking, start doing some thinking and some creating to back it up. When BlacPeople agree to assimilate, emulate, and mimic white people to perfect their system, then white politicians change the rules. The good white people don’t say anything. They sit back and enjoy the privilege and benefit of being white. After you have assimilated, emulated and completed a 100% change, they changed the rules. After you have taught your children to assimilated and emulate the whites change the rules. After you taught them to walk like whites and talk white the rules

After you beat it in your children’s head and punished them so they could learn to get a good job, you have to get a good education they change the rules. We do too much assimilating and emulating. It is time to stop assimilating and emulating. It is time to start thinking and doing some creating to back it up. 18Dr. Donn Davis said, “that the problem of BlacPeople is no capital”. The answer to this problem is the development of the Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology. We must own something. We cannot own the government, we cannot own the presidency, but we can own our minds. Huey P. Newton agrees with the Philosophy of Blacology when he talks about, “that we must be scientific in our approach to the problem”, on 19page 22 in his book, “To Die For The People”. On page 23 we also agree on the use of logic. BlacPeople must have and develop their own logic. This is why in the Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology there is the concept and theory of Blacological Thult – which means a logic that is of, from, for, by, and about the advancement, development, and evolution of BlacAfrican People. Dr. H. P. Newton also agrees with the ideal of subjective research and study of the evolution of BlacAfricanz and their Culture. The research of Blacology reveals that the struggle of BlacPeople is subjective. There has to be a purpose in the study and research for the evolution of BlacAfrican Culture. There is an end we seek and that is the redemption of BlacAfrican People and the redevelopment of their culture.

20On page 25 last paragraph Dr. Huey P. Newton demonstrates his ability to utilize, understand, and promote Eurological thought. This is a result of his orientation as a Negro. Chronologically, BlacPeople were identified by white people as Negroes. As Negroes, we thought it was Ntelajnt to think like or as the Europeans did. Because this is where were in our evolution. We were conditioned and trained and indoctrinated to believe that white people knew everything. We also thought that if we sound like, talked, and utilized what they said, that they would think we were smart and intelligent too. In addition to this we also thought this was the only way to think. We did not believe that BlacPeople could think of any ideals, concepts, theories, nor did BlacPeople have any beliefs. It is assumed that BlacPeople think like white people and the more you exhibit Eurological aspect in your character the more your are identified, assumed, or classified as intelligent. Something is seriously wrong with this picture. If all men are created equally then BlacPeople have there own Ntalextuwl Thult. I might add that Dr. Huey P. Newton was excellent in his rendition of the European Science of Sociology. But in the laws of evolution we must begin to develop a Blacological ZcyNzz. It is amazing how we send our children to school to get an education. When they come back and that education is not of the Eurological perspective in terms of the religions, 21Negrologically we turned a deaf ear. We are so indoctrinated with the European we do not know that an education is not a European thing. An education is a Universal Nahlej. What you may find is not what you will think or know. We have cast out the Edjukexun of our BlacZchalaz. We have swept our gifts under the sand. BlacPeople suffer form the lack of the use of their Nahlej, not from the lack of Nahlej, but from lack of the use of their own autonomous Nahlej. Let us claim the thinking of our minds.

BlacPeople are so conditioned by those who have oppressed us that we are unconscious about our disposition. We have begun to think we are what they say we are…. inferior. For the last 450 years we have not paid attention to the BlacZchalaz and their ZcyNtific research and study of BlacAfrican Culture and its people. As a culture we must reserve the write of authentic creativity. In the 1900’s to the 1980’s it was necessary, that… at this point in the chronology of BlacEvolution that BlacPeople emulated and assimilated the Eurological thought. This is where we were in our cultural evolution. We were cast and kidnapped into the Eurological societies without any Nahlej of our cultural existence after emancipation and rebellion. So, we did want we could to survive. We became everything, we thought that would make us humane based on the Eurological vision of the world. We took up those things from the Europeans we thought was good, no matter how it stagnated our growth. As a matter of fact we did not know we were stagnated. We did not even know the word. During the chronology of the 1950’s to the 1970’s of the BlacAfrican Culture there was a need for revolutionary climate in the BlacAfrican Culture. This was a community effort to develop a survival method. Blacology is a Cultural Evolution plus ZcyNtific research and study. We call ourselves Cultural ZcyNtizt Blacologizt.

How to write in Blacology

In order for BlacPeople to acquire Ntalextuwl Liberation they must develop their own autonomous writing form. Before the intervention of the Europeans and Arabs in the land of our Ancestorz the evidence of this written art form has been proven through time and space ZcyNtifically by BlacZchalaz. The ability of BlacPeople to communicate by a transcribed or written art goes back to over 1500 before the Assault and Destruction Area of colonialism in BlacAfrica. The art of transcription can be traced be to the Dogon, Vai, Mende, Xhousa, and Ancient Kamit. The evidence of this can be verified by the research and study of the autonomous Ntalextuwl Studies founded by BlacZchalaz of past and present. You can not be liberated if you write the way those who have oppressed you write. If you write like they made you write you will continue to be inferior to them. Because you have not develop a writing form that signify you Ntalextuwl Liberation. That writing form has to reflect your heritage, traditional struggle and BlacAfrican Culture. When you look at your autonomous writing form it must reflect your Ntalextuwl Liberation. Not only do you change your name to a name that is from your original autonomous culture. Your written script must reflect the evolution of the redevelopment of your Ntalextuwl Liberation. This does not only mean that you continue to write in the language of the oppressor but the script of your Ntalextuwl Liberation must be a contribution to the lexicon of the world. You must have your own Blacological Autonomous Cultural Script. You must hold all

When one looks at your autonomous cultural written script they will recognize that your Ntalextuwl Liberation is a reality. If there is no words that says what you want to say you must be creative and make them. You must also create the definition for the words. This is the frame work form which Coined Blacological words comes out of. In the past centuries there was no field of study founded, owned, and operated by BlacZchalaz to be accountable BlacStorically, to manufacture, and maintain their autonomous Cultural Nahlej and existence, their was no field that exemplified the autonomous authentic Ntalextuwl Genius and Creativity of BlacPeople. There was no autonomous Blacological Ntalextuwl Field of study that reflected the evolution of the merger and blending of the BlacAfrican linguistics that embraced necessity of building Cultural bridges to the BlacDiaspora and Alkebulan, until the development of Blacology. Blacology is a Ntalextuwl Field of study that was written and developed authentically and specifically by BlacZchalaz for the purpose of documenting, research, study and utilizing it findings for the advancement and redemption of BlacPeople and the redevelopment of BlacAfrican Culture. In the establishment of the Ntalextuwl Cultural ZcyNzz Blacology, one may be able to distinguish and identify a Blacological Research or Blacology by the capitalization of the first letter of all words that are associated with Blacology (i.e. Black People, Black Culture, Black Woman, Black Man, Black Youth, Blacology, and Blacological etc.) not only at the beginning of a sentence but whenever these words are used. This is done to give honor, respect, and importance to these words and to BlacPeople. This is also done to restore the humanity of BlacPeople. In the Eurological Culture, BlacPeople have been taught to hate everything Black and African. BlacPeople have been taught to hate themselves. The Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology is to undo this type of self-hatred by giving importance to all that is Black

In addition, it is not restricted to the Eurological Language Arts. This gives Blacology its own significant identifiable writing form. Blacology is evolving into an authentic Cultural ZcyNzz. The terms of BlacNahlege or BlacNahlej, BlacNtalextuwl (z), and BlacNtelajnzz are spell different from the Eurological spelling of the words. This is done in order to give a distinction between the Eurological thought and that of BlacologicalThult. It is also done to show the evolution of BlacZchalaz as contributors to humanity and Ntalextuwl Thult. These words were developed from the research and study of Swahili, Zulu, Ghanian and other BlacAfrican languages and linguistics. Blacology is also written in 14 font in order to be more reader friendly, legible and easier to read for those who are visually challenged. These words and definitions are taken from the research and study of eight years of Self-Edjukexun, unofficial indirect research and 20 years of direct subjective and specialized research under institutional research and study in the Historical Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), BlacCommunity, BlacMedia and predominantly white institutions. My first endeavor with the institutional study of BlacCulture was in the 2nd Grade at John P. Altegeld in Chicago, Illinois at 7100 South Loomis in Mrs. Garrett’s Class in 1962. Mrs. Garrett taught us Negro History Week. From 1962 to 2004 is a total of 42 years of Self-Edjukexun, institutional research and study, 52 years experience as a BlacMale, This research has been conducted for a total of 42 years. Coined Blacological Words and definitions These Coined Blacological Words and definitions are developed from the research and study of the Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology. In order to develop this science, it must be define by the findings and development under this process of research, study, experiments, and daily experiences of the Cultural ZcyNtizt or Blacologizt. In the evolution of Blacology, these words have materialized into

They have also taken on their own authentic spelling and definitions. These words are synonymous with the Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology. These words are the Blacological linguistics and terminology. The dropping of the “k” from the word Black - ology is the scientific perspective or connotation; it is also technological and computerized spelling. It is from the linguistics of Ebonics. These words my also be called BlacFonics. This Cultural ZcyNzz would eliminate the marginalization of the BlacNtalextuwlz by Eurological Scholars in this country and the world. It also would liberate the Innovative Authentic Monolithic Ntalextuwl Creative Genius (IAMNCG) of BlacAfrican People and their culture for the utilization and perpetuation of Cultural Ntalextuwl Equality. It is also the IAMNCG of BlacAfrican Culture and its people. The dropping of the “k” is also the joining of Black and African into one. This is a Cultural component, a Blacological Cultural icon and a symbol that BlacAfrican Culture is evolving into its own identifiable redeveloping entity. It is no longer a color and a continent it is an extended international culture. Went I began the study of Kiswahili I began to see how phonetically the use of letters in Kiswahili could be used in the pronunciation of Blacological Terminology and Words that would not change the pronunciation of the language and linguistics of the BlacDiaspora but would integrate these languages so as to encourage BlacPeople to speak and study both BlacAfrican and Eurological languages. This method of merging the languages was due to my experience of study Kiswahili at Howard University and the difficulty of translating BlacAfrican Language as a BlacMan specking 2 languages of Euro-American Standard and Ebonics/BlacEnglish and not knowing of this phenomenon. This was not brought to my conscious until I began the study of BlacAfrican Languages. This fact became most conscious in a conversation with Dr. A. M. D. Sirleaf; when Dr. Sirleaf said

I began first of all to say that BlacPeople in the U.S. only speak one language and that was English. But I was not content with that Thult. So I began to think about the issue of Ebonics in the use of the term Black English of which are both the same thing. It then came to my conscious that BlacPeople in the United States speak more than 1 language. BlacPeople in the United States speak upon demand Euro-American Standard English and they speak Ebonics/BlacEnglish when they are at home or within the BlacCulture. In addition to that the Eurological School System has made it mandatory that you take up either Spanish or another European language in order to graduate form high school. This is a fact that most BlacPeople are not aware of and that is that they speak at lease three languages. This is what brought about the develop of BlacFonicz which is the terminology and word structure of Blacology. So this process of the merger of the use of the phonetic letter in Blacology (i.e Ntalextuwl, Nahlej, BlacWorld, etc.) is due to the study of the use phonetic letters in Eurological Language Arts and BlacAfrican Language Arts. Wherever you see BlacAfrican People they are drawn together by their color and the Land of their Ancestorz. This brings about a common bond and establishes cultural continuity of their experience that is apparent in their art, music, dance, ideals, speech and actions. In the BlacDiaspora, it is the Nahlej of the BlacPeople’s color and the origin of the land of their Ancestry, which brings about a conscious understanding of a common struggle. It is the evolution of the BlacMind through the BlacAfrican Cultural phenomenon (i.e. Blacology, BlacMan, BlacThought or BlacThult, BlacWorld, BlacWoman, BlacZchalaz, BlacAfrican Culture, BlacNahlej, Ntalextuwl (z) or BlacNtalextuwl, Etc.). These words evolved from the words Black Man, Black thought, Black World, Black woman, Black Scholars, Black/African Culture, Black knowledge, intellectual, etc. The merger of these words, signify the evolution of BlacAfrican Culture in its own field of study.

The N in the word Ntalextuwl is derived or taken from the African name Nkrumah and Nyerere. The N is taken from the BlacAfrican Heritage and Linguistics of Ghanaian and Swahili. Kwame Nkrumah and Julius Nyerere of Independent Movement BlacAfrican States in the 160s-180re (1950s-1970s). Kwame Nkrumah was the founder President of Ghana the first Independent BlacAfrican State. Julius Nyerere is the first founder President of Tanzania an Independent BlacAfrican State. The N is symbolic of independence and freedom. Both of these Ancestorz believe in the Pam-Africanism philosophy and vision of United States of Africa.

The Z is taken from the Zulu People and there language. The Z is symbolic of the struggle of the Zulu People gallant struggle and fight for freedom against colonialism for over a hundred years. The Z is symbolic of the BlacAfrican Struggle for Freedom. The Z or z is both singular and plural in Blacology. Capital “Z” at the front of a word is singular or the name of a person, place or thing. The small “z” at the end of a word is plural. The Z and N are applied to words that are names and titles to show the evolution of the merger, contributions, and impact of the IAMNCG of BlacAfrican Cultural Linguistics to the script of European language and literature forced upon BlacPeople under colonialism.

Point of Demarcation

It is only proper and fitting that in the 216th year of the redevelopment of BlacAfrican Culture the manifestation of the myth of the Cultural ZcyNzz of Blacology has evolved into the conscious of BlacAfrican People and their culture. From the Haitian Revolution August 1, 0001re (1789) to the year 2005 it is 216

Blacologically speaking, the Haitian Revolution is the symbolic beginning, a point of demarcation of the Redevelopment Area (RE or re) of BlacAfrican Culture. While conducting research and study in the Expository Writing Class in the Fall Semester of 216re (2005) it became relevant that there has to be establish a section or chapter on “How to Write in Blacology”. In order to pursue Ntalextuwl Liberation these are the principles one must utilize in order to maintain the discipline to write in Blacology as an autonomous Ntalextuwl ZcyNzz and Study. Blacology is a Ntalextuwl discipline, it takes to discipline acquire this Nahlej.

1. In order to write in Blacology you must utilize the BlacFonicz that is the Blacological terminology and words, then you are writing in Blacology. If you do not use these BlacFonicz-Blacological Terminology and Words it is not Blacology. In Blacology the word, “ZcyNzz” is both singular and plural.

2. In Blacology when you use these terminology and words on your computer right click on them and add them to your computer dictionary to make your computer Blacological.

3. It also means that BlacPeople would not read or write about white life and their books would not sale. Not writing about the BlacStory is to marginalize the people and culture, also to abolish the opportunity of cultural commerce for BlacAfrican Culture.

7. To write in language of those who have oppressed, indoctrinated, and mis- educated you is to communicate. To write the way that the oppressor tell you to write is to be the subjects of those who held you in captive. To Write Blacology exactly the way the English has said to do so is not Ntalextuwl

8. In Blacology the merger of words such as BlacStudentz is a Blacological spelling of the word Black Student. Blac is synonymous with Blacology. 10.In Blacology you must show, tell, write, and teach not necessarily in that order but you must do all of these. It is not how you say it, but what you say. In Blacology there is no such thing as bad, good, standard or impeccable English, French, or eurological languages. No eurological language or linguistics is better or superior to BlacAfrican Language or linguistics in the BlacDiaspora or in Alkebulan (the continent of Africa). If you can spell the word and define it or you can write it that is good and acceptable.

15.In Blacology when you are writing numbers, you write the numbers, it does not matter if the number is 1 digit or 2 digits or more (i.e. 1, 10, 100, 1,000 etc.). This is done to instill in BlacPeople the importance of math, to restore the comfortableness with numbers and to encourage BlacPeople to add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc. with numbers. In the eurological culture BlacPeople were taught that math was hard and that BlacPeople can not do math. This process is to undo the mis-education.

16.In Blacology when you are talking or writing about the eurological scholars you write in the eurological language arts with the exception of the word the Blacological word “eurological” to describe or refer to these scholars. When you write about them in this way, you are recognizing European culture and BlacAfrican Culture are distinguishable and different and equal.

So when you write Blac unless you are referring to the color Black than you spell it Blac as a syllable or prefix in front of a noun or pronoun as a Blacological Cultural Icon. The aspect of Blacology is to provide the acquisition of BlacAfrican language for BlacPeople in order to encourage BlacPeople to study and speak BlacAfrican Languages to establish their autonomous tongue in public, private, charter schools and HBCU. The aspect of speaking BlacAfrican language is as important to BlacPeople as Spanish to Hispanic speaking people. The object of Blacology is to edjuket BlacPeople to evolve and return to their natural autonomous Cultural Nahlej. Blacology is to produce a more edjuketed and technological BlacAfrican Cultural Vision of the world. BlacPeople cannot be so if you do not have Nahlej of the language or use the language of your heritage. The merger and blending of BlacAfrican languages into the phonetic script is to give Blacology the appearance of its autonomous linguistic heritage.

40.In Blacology we must quote this statement to ourselves and practice it in our writings. “Blacologically speaking, I refuse to accept the ideal… that the

41.In Blacology it is our obligation and responsibility as Ntalextuwlz to promote and live our culture whenever and wherever it may be. When one is Edjuketed on his culture he or she can not go on as though they are not Culturally Conscious. To act as though they have not any Nahlej of their culture is to lack cultural responsibility and show disrespect to our Ancestorz Elderz, and BlacZchalaz.

42.In Blacology BlacZchalaz did not get an Edjukexun to act and write live like they were not Edjuketed. They are Edjuketed and as an Edjuketed BlacPeople we believe it is their right to have, exercise, and utilize the orientation, spirituality, and Cultural Nahlej we have acquired through education.

43.In Blacology when words are of significance to the self-determination and redevelopment of BlacAfrican People and their culture we want to spell them Blacologically to portray the evolution our struggle for freedom Wholisticly both Ntalextuwl and physically. (i.e. Ntalextuwl, Nahlej, Edjukexun, etc.)

44.In Blacology the word ZcyNzz is both singular and plural.

45.When you write in Blacology you spell the words according to the phonetic pronunciation of how BlacPeople say the word. i.e. when BlacPeople say the word Black they do not say the K they say Blac. When white people say the word Black they say the K whites sound out the K when they say Black. So when you write Blac unless you are referring to the color Black than you spell it Blac as a syllable in front of a noun or pronoun as a Blacological Cultural Icon. BlacMan, BlacWoman, BlacThult, or BlacMind means linguistical and Ntalextuwl Liberation in Blacology.

46.In Blacology as Ntalextuwl we must always be aware that there is an unwritten inhumane law of racism/white supremacy in the United States and throughout the European World that states:

This does not mean that is a righteous law in deed. This is the privilege distribution system by which the unwritten law of global White supremacy/racism is allocated to the populations within each Eurological geographical location. This law has been in operation since the beginning of the perpetuation of Eurological Intellectual Cultural Supremacy (EICS) and captivity and enslavement process of BlacPeople for over 400 years.

Reverse Privilege Scale, in order to undo the racism/white supremacy we have develop some things to do counteract and teach others. 1. If you are Black, Build your own cultural autonomy. 2. If you are red the reservation is your way to get a head, 3. If you are brown, build your town. 4. If you are yellow, you are not a better fellow. 5. If you are multi-racial you make a choice and choice and live by it. 9. If you are bi-racial, you make and choice and live by it. 10.If you are dame near white, you are not white make and choice and live by it. 11.If you are passing, you are white, and no better than anyone else. 12.If white, you are white and no better than anyone else.

To be forced to study Eurological studies against my will is a violation of my cultural beliefs and principles. This will cause retrogression in my Ntalextuwl growth as a Blacological Zchala. This is the promotion of Eurological Cultural Supremacy and the marginalization of Blacological Cultural Thult. This causes a problem of retention by forced indoctrination of the accepting of the devaluing of Blacological Nahlej. This is parallel to teaching a Jew that Hitler is a greater and a superior thinker than all Jewish scholars. We cannot participate in our own dehumanization. Blacologically, In our HBCU we must protest this by refusing to study and perpetuate these subjects and request an assignment by BlacZchalaz. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.# II taught 2 things when it comes to our mutual progress. 1.) If you do not stand for something you will fall for anything. 2.) I refuse to accept the idea that the “isness” of man’s present nature makes him morally incapable of reaching up for the “oughtness” that forever confronts him. Blacologically speaking, when it comes to the redevelopment of BlacAfrican Culture as BlacZcyNtizt we must say this to ourselves daily, “I refuse to accept the idea… that the presence of the eurological scholars makes the BlacZchalaz morally incapable of reaching up for the BlacNahlej that forever confronts them”.

BLACOLOGICAL RESPECT CHART These are the things that need to be done to give respect back to BlacPeople. BlacPeople are a particular people with a particular problem due to the process of enslavement, captivity, and white supremacy racism. In order to respect BlacPeople and yourself as a BlacPerson you must be aware and practice these things daily, no matter what you do or the job you have. If you do not respect

BlacPeople they will not respect you and they will know it.

1. Do Treat Eurological and Arabic Religions As Superior To BlacAfrican Spirituality.

2. Do not think that Eurological and Arabic names are better than BlacAfrican names. Know the difference between Eurological, Arabic and BlacAfrican names, if you do not know ask.

3. Do not think that liter skinned BlacPeople are better than dark skinned BlacPeople.

4. Do not think that liter skinned BlacPeople are more intelligent than dark skinned BlacPeople. Stop making jokes about dark skin BlacPeople so white people can laugh.

5. Do not think that bi-racial or multi- racial people are better than BlacPeople.

6. Do not judge BlacPeople based on a white or european standard of beauty.

7. Do not think that you and all BlacPeople are inferior.

8. Treat other BlacPeople the way you wanted to be treated.

9. Respect older BlacPeople they are our elders and they will respect you.

10.When you make it as a BlacPerson go back and help your Brathaz, Sistaz Mamaz, Fathaz, families, and community.

11.Do not think that Eurological hair is better than BlacAfrican hair.

12.Do not think that straightening your hair is better than natural BlacAfrican hair.

13. Do not think that Eurological language arts is better than BlacAfrican language and linguistics.

14. Stop celebrating BlacAfrican holidays and BlacHistory month in European attire.

15. Do not apologize for being Black.

16. Do not say I happen to be Black.

17.Do not say that being married to another race of people is better than being married to BlacPeople.

18. Do not call BlacPeople n-i-g-g-e-r or n-i-g-g-a. We must eliminate from our hearts, minds, souls, and mouths the words:  n-i-g-g-e-r  n-i-g-g-a  n-i-g-g-a-s  my n-i-g-g-e-r  that n-i-g-g-e-r or n-i-g-g-a… is bad  Do not use the word “negro” in place of any of the above words in a disrespectful way. Do not use the above words to give praise or to show appreciation to BlacPeople, you will confuse BlacChildren.

19. Do not think that Eurological culture and holidays are more important BlacAfrican culture and holidays, Buy African attire and wear it on BlacHolidays OR your birthday.

20. If you say you are African, BlacAfrican, or African-American and do not have any BlacAfrican attire buy some and wear it on BlacHolidays.

21. Do not think that that being politically correct is to put Black Issues on the back burner.

22. Do not think that it is ok to tell BlacPeople not to vote for BlacPeople.

23. Do not talk about the negative things that BlacMen do and never say the negative things that the BlacWoman do.

24. Do not say that vice is BlacCulture.

25. Stop blaming the BlacMan for all that is wrong with BlacPeople.

26. Stop making excuses for BlacWoman when they are wrong or make bad decisions.

27. Do not treat all BlacPeople bad because you had a problem with one or some.

28. Do not treat all BlacBusiness bad because you had a problem with one or some.

29. Stop making everything more important than the BlacFamily.

30. Stop letting making money be more important than BlacPeople.

31. Stop exploiting other BlacPeople for personal gains.

32. When a BlacMan is doing the right thing get out of his way and help him out.

33. We must learn to respect the wisdom of BlacZchalaz, their research and study for the justice, redemption, advancement of BlacPeople and redevelopment of BlacAfrican Culture.

34. Respect the traditions of BlacCulture and know what they are.

35. BlacPeople Stop believing in white jesus and white god.

36. BlacPeople stop wasting all your money on a good time.

37. BlacPeople trust and believe in each other.

38.BlacPeople stop killing BlacPeople.

39. Blacologically speaking, Don’t let anybody define who you are, you must define who you are.

40. Know that BlacPeople have a responsibility and an obligation to cultural morality. The need to redevelop their culture for the next generation is theirs and that means you too.

41. BlacPeople have appreciation for your own culture.

42.BlacPeople stop thinking just because you are Black you know BlacCulture, when you have never studied it nor practice it.

43.BlacPeople stop thinking that vice is culture.

44. STOP saying get out of the hood and build the hood up.

45. Brathaz and Sistaz pull up your pans.

46. Stop choosing White institutions over Black institutions this is institutional racism.

47. Stop under devaluing, under Estimating, and Marginalizing BlacPeople.

48. Stop mimicking, assimilating and emulating white people.

49. Stop believing Eurological Studies are better than those founded by BlacZchalaz.

50. Do not present your self as a BlacPerson because you have some Black DNA or a BlacPerson in your genealogy, when you don’t stand for or love BlacPeople and the redevelopment of BlacAfrican Culture.

51. Know that the responsibility of the redevelopment of BlacAfrican Culture is solely that of every BlacPerson including you.

52. Stop using gender issue or sexual preference to divide BlacPeople.

53. Stop thinking that your individualism is greater than the multitude of BlacPeople.

55. Do not think that being an African-American is Better than BlacPeople.
