Title: Relationship Manager / 009-013-711 Location: Bay Area Compensation: Base salary plus quarterly bonuses

Summary/Responsibilities: Financial Services firm seeks multiple Relationship Managers to build strong long-term relationships with clients, educating them on a wide range of products/services and presenting them with individualized solutions Effectively manage assigned client base, retaining assets of assigned affluent/wealthy households Strengthen/expand client relationships through effective presentation of investment products/services Proactive outbound calling to existing customer base to drive asset acquisition through account consolidation Maintain/update prospect and sales reports accurately Evaluate client’s financial situation and identify investment objectives through comprehensive/customized financial planning process Provide guidance/execution on variety of investment products/services Cultivate current/prospective client relationships and identify opportunities to expand relationships by responding to sales opportunities

Requirements: Series 7 and 63 required, Series 66 preferred, Clean U4 required (Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days of hire) 3+ years successful sales experience in the financial services industry required Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required Knowledge of variety of brokerage/banking products and services is required Familiarity with wealth management products/wrap accounts/managed accounts/fixed income products/mutual funds is strongly preferred Strong history of success building client relationships and client retention experience required Ability to build rapport with clients, assess their needs and present features/benefits of the firm’s products/services Group presentation skills a plus
