All seniors who played a sport this year will have a meeting on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. (Block 2) in the Lecture Hall. Please bring a pencil with you. Pictures will be taken for the newspaper so seniors who are playing a sport in college should wear shirts or hats from their colleges. Students will return to class by the second half of Block 2.

The Culinary Club will meet on Wednesday, 4/24/13, in room 112 at 2:45 p.m.
Skyline Lakes in Ringwood is looking for certified lifeguards for the 2013 summer. They will have an interest meeting on Tuesday, April 23rd, at 7 pm at the Skyline Lakes Clubhouse. Interested candidates must have Red Cross lifesaving and CPR certifications, or should be registered to take such training. Interested candidates may contact Mike Kaplan at 201-951-3221.
Skyline Lakes in Ringwood will be sponsoring a community clean up on Saturday April 27th at 9am. Students may earn community service hours for helping to clean up the community. All interested students should arrive at the Skyline Lakes' Clubhouse on Saturday morning at 9am. Bring gloves! You can also participate in Caring For Ringwood Day through Lakeland’s SADD club, Character Education, or LASO.
LASO is sponsoring a cookie sale on April 25, 26 in the Senior Meeting Room at 2:40 p.m.
Seniors: Please don’t forget to have your prom permission slips signed and returned to the Main Office ASAP. Tickets will be on sale in May.
April is Autism Awareness Month. The LEARN program is selling pins and bracelets for $2.00 each during blocks 3 and 4 outside the cafeteria to benefit United by Autism. Please stop by to show your support!
April is also Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Please continue to wear your white ribbons to support awareness for sexual assault, rape, and domestic violence. Lakeland Regional High School is hosting the Spring College and Career Fair on Friday, April 26. We will be having 100 college, technical schools and military representatives needing to park. Due to the limited parking there will be NO student parking allowed on campus on Friday, April 26, including Addice Park.
Since spring has arrived, the administrative team would like to remind students to review and follow the dress code policy that is located in your student handbook. Please be sure you do not come to school wearing hats, sunglasses, torn or ripped jeans, skirts or shorts that do not stay fingertip length while walking, shirts that do not cover your midriff or that are transparent and expose undergarments, sleeveless athletic jerseys, and halter or tube- top style shirts. Student who do not adhere to the dress code policy will need to contact their parent for a change of clothing or will remain in the Alternative Learning Center for the day.
