The Oducado twins are Crowned Winners of the 2013 MuchMusic and Coca-Cola Covers Competition

TORONTO (June 18, 2013) – And the coveted Covers award goes to...the Oducado twins! After more than 1,600 submissions, MuchMusic and Coca-Cola announced Sunday during the live broadcast of the 2013 MUCHMUSIC VIDEO AWARDS that Toronto natives the Oducado twins are the winners of the third annual MuchMusic and Coca-Cola Covers competition. The 23-year-old twins first grabbed the nation’s attention with their Covers video submission of Phillip Phillips’ “Home.”
The Oducado twins will sign a singles deal with Sony Music Entertainment Canada Inc., which includes the production and distribution of a single, and a music video shoot funded by MuchFACT. The Oducado twins getting used to the limelight on the MMVAs Red Carpet.
Music has always been an integral part of Genevieve and Jasmine Oducado’s lives. From an early age music has been a source of happiness and has always been a way for them to share their joy with others. The Oducado twins are notorious for bursting out in song at work and their co-workers agree it’s contagious.
