Description of requirements:

UNICEF is requesting expressions of interest (EoI) from eligible suppliers in preparation for a tender of PPE. The products identified fall under the following categories:

Potential suppliers: This REoI is addressed to suppliers with experience in the sourcing and supply of a wide range of PPE.

UNICEF is particularly interested in identifying competitive suppliers that can offer either (i) the full range of items (all 28 items), or, (ii) a full category of the items (see EoI form).

Only suppliers with a Quality Management System in conformity with at least one of the following standards are invited to express interest:

(a) ISO 13485 (b) ISO 9001

To be considered for the planned tender it is preferable, but not a requirement for potential suppliers to have a website providing access to the product information.

Only products with at least one of the following pre-market approvals / market clearances will be considered in the planned tender:

(a) GMPALS License (Australia) (b) Device License (Canada) (c) CE Mark (EU) (d) Device License (Japan) (e) 510K Device Letter (FDA. USA)

Procedure for submission of EoI:

Interested suppliers are encouraged to complete the attached EoI form and return it to UNICEF by e-mail to: Ms Lund ([email protected]) on or before 19 September 2016.

Please note: (a) Prices or offers are not required at this stage; (b) Questions about e.g. conformity or relevance of the supplier’s products can unfortunately not be answered; (c) Submitting an EoI does not always automatically guarantee receipt of the solicitation document when issued; (d) UNICEF reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final solicitation document. (e) UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REoI and/or solicitation process.
