Elizabeth Fiegel posted to City of Baytown June 2 Hi, I was born and raised in Texas and now live in Florida. I had an emergency need for a certified copy of my birth certificate and I needed it within a few days. I thought that I would have to fly to Texas and spend $500.00 on a ticket there. Then I met Charlotte Busby, who works in the court house. She was my Angel. She thoroughly explained everything that I needed to do, she assisted me in getting her all of the required documents, then she helped me federal express overnight my birth certificate. She was kind, informative and responsive. I remember crying on the phone with her as she went above and beyond to help me, a stranger. God Bless Charlotte Busby....she is truly an asset to the City of Baytown and to mankind. THANK YOU CHARLOTTE
