The group has 7 Indian Units/Companies – Treadstone Limited (Kanpur, Delhi & Faridabad), Treadstone International Limited (Unnao), Treadstone India Private Limited (Faridabad), Grand International (Kanpur) and Grand International – Saddle (Kanpur) and 3 Overseas Companies - Treadworld Pvt. Ltd. – UK, Treadworld AB – Sweden and Treadworld Inc. – USA, apart from a separate Construction Division. The group has 800+ employees.

Responsibilities/P The role includes providing generalist HR Consulting solutions to various roject(s) handled clients and provide soft skill training to various Hero Mindmine clientele. The HR Consulting assignments completed during the stint were:  3600 feedback for SECO Tools(P) ltd., Pune  Designing the HR systems and procedures and Organisational structure (incl JDs) for Taurus Earthmovers Ltd.(JCB dealer for North Karnataka), Bangalore

The training clients catered during the stint were Sify, Bilt, Hero Honda, Maruti Udyog Limited, ICSI, SBI Life, LG Electronics, etc.

02. Satyam Computer Services Limited (www.satyam.com) as Consultant at Delhi in June 2006 to August 2007.

Responsibilities/P Change management Intervention for Ministry of Company Affaires under roject(s) handled MCA21 project-implementation of E-governance modernization & computerization program. This project involves designing & implementing change management interventions under MCA21 project i.e. implementation of e-governance across 25 locations in India. The objective of the Change management implementation program is to make Ministry of Company Affairs modern, customer oriented & dynamic organization.

03 Manager (HR & Training) in JK Paper Ltd (www.jkpaper.com), Corporate Office, Delhi from October 2004 to June 2006

Responsibilities The job statement signifies the expectations from the role i.e. developing and managing HRD systems for creating and sustaining High performance environment at HO/BO of JK Paper Ltd. and Optimum utilization of HR through HRD interventions implementation in JK Dairy and Foods Ltd. This is occupied by 2 aspects to be fulfilled, as detailed below:

 Firstly, as in-charge of HRD Activities at the Head office/Branch Offices of JK Paper Ltd., New Delhi, and at both the Head office, situated at Delhi and Works situated at Gajraula (UP) of JK Dairy and Foods Ltd. The whole gamut of activities handled were:  Training and Development Activities (incl. TNA, implementation and measurement of Effectiveness) for DGM & Below, and implementation of Individual development Plans(IDPs) for GM & Above, prepared under SHL Competency Mapping Model.  Training and Implementation of Performance Management System  Recruitment and Selection of Managers and Below level  Induction of new appointees (below DGM)  Assist Plant in SGA and other Change/ developmental Activities  Conducting various HR Audits/surveys and preparation of action plans for improvement of Areas of Concern  Identify and Groom the ‘Talent’ and implement the Succession Planning.  Instill internal Customer Orientation and audit internal customer Satisfaction.

 Secondly as in-charge of Personnel & Administration Activities of Head Office of JK Dairy and Foods Ltd. at Delhi The whole gamut of activities handled were:  Implementation of Company’s policies and procedures, and maintain PIS and/or other MIS preparation  Compliance of Welfare schemes and statutory obligations.  Finalization of Increments as per Company policies and handling other establishment/administration activities

Achievements/  Proposed as ‘Talent’ as per JKO CHRDC - Talent Management Scheme Output on completion of first year of service.  Established Internal Training Function for JK Paper Ltd. HO & JK Dairy and Foods Ltd. (both HO & Plant). This includes derivation of Training Needs, preparation of Annual Training Calendar, organizing training programmes and Evaluation in both JKPL & JKDF.  20% improvement in People Management Award Scores in both ‘Responsibility Areas’ in both JKPL & JKDF

04 Joined as trainee specialist in 1998, then promoted to Assistant Director (in 2000) and placed in the HRM Business Development Group (previously HRD Division) of National Productivity Council (www.npcindia.org), u/o Min. of C&I, Govt. of India from May 1998 to September 2004
