Please Note: This is a RENEWAL of an already-existing agreement.

In one numbered list, describe the deliverables of the contract and the projected impact upon or relationship to student achievement. Provide a numbered list of every deliverable identified in the contract and summarize the contract’s overall relationship to student achievement.

The consultant will provide the District with Richer Picture, a comprehensive online solution that will track all student data relevant to PBGR, and consists of the following components: 1. Data Dashboard: The progress tracking component of Richer Picture collects data and displays it in one dashboard, with access to parents, students, school and district level personnel. The following data points will be tracked (as applicable) for all PPSD students grade 6 through 12: a. Attendance b. Test Scores c. Course Grades d. Credits e. Schedule f. Contact Info g. PBGR Components h. On-track to Graduate Predictor

2. Individual Learning Plans: Richer Picture will house students’ Individual Learning Plans [i.e. Personal Explorations and Personal Graduation Plans], which will be created for all students in grades 6 through 12 and will follow said students throughout their PPSD career. The following components are part of the ILP: a. Goal Setting b. Course Map c. Activities d. Career Roadmap e. Resumes f. Questionnaires/Surveys g. Parental Review h. Additional Links

3. Consultant will provide subscription to both Data Dashboard and Individual Learning Plan services to all PPSD students in grades 6 through 12. In no more than three paragraphs, describe the accountability measures that will ensure that the vendor meets all requirements set forth in the contract and that the district is able to maintain a record of the quality of the services. Every contract should include explicit language requiring vendor accountability, i.e. required program evaluation or the submission of a final report summarizing progress against each itemized deliverable.

The consultant will be required to adhere to the accountability measures ensuring that all contractual requirements are met.

Consultant will be subject to the following accountability measures:  Subscription numbers will be verified through evidence provided by consultant that all and only students grades 6 through 12 are provided subscriptions to Richer Picture product.  Accessibility and efficiency of Richer Picture product will be monitored.
