Your support helps the Preservation Alliance accomplish its mission which ultimately fosters the ecosystem of historic private and public building owners who may engage your firm’s services.
We’ve attached more information about the sponsorship and donor support opportunities available, and a representative from the Preservation Alliance will contact you by phone to formally congratulate you, introduce you to the Preservation Alliance (if you’re not already familiar with our work), and, most importantly, to learn more about your company’s work. We want to help you get the most mileage from this award and celebration.

Dear [name]:
Mark your calendar and get ready for a surprise! The Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia’s annual Preservation Achievement Awards will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, 4-7pm, at Temple University’s Performing Arts Center with a whole new format.
We heard from you that what attendees value most about this event is coming together with peers, networking, and celebrating the triumphs of the preservation community. We’re developing this year’s event in response, with an awards program followed by a cocktail reception with plenty of time for socializing.
As you know, the Awards event is the signature fundraising event for the Preservation Alliance and one of the only events that draws the preservation community together. We invite you to stand out and show your support for historic preservation in the region by pledging your financial commitment. Here’s how:
First, mark your calendar for June 4 and plan to attend the event with your colleagues, friends, and family. Next, we invite you to consider sponsorship or financial support of the event. Your sponsorship will allow the spotlight to shine more brightly on your firm through the event and related marketing activities. Plus, proceeds from the event support the important work of the Preservation Alliance to o save endangered buildings, o engage the region’s residents and business owners in protecting and restoring their own historic buildings, o educate residents and visitors buildings’ histories and on the importance of preservation.
Your support helps the Preservation Alliance accomplish its mission which ultimately fosters the ecosystem of historic private and public building owners who may engage your firm’s services.
We’ve attached more information about the sponsorship and donor support opportunities available, and a representative from the Preservation Alliance will contact you by phone to discuss. Also, we want to learn more about your firm and help you get the most mileage from this event.
