The UN discusses important issues and tries to make the world a better place. The UN has troops and an army, but they are not allowed to fire their guns.
II. A Militia is an army that is not funded by the government. A militia will often take the law into their own hands. Sometimes governments can control militias. Sometimes governments cannot.
