A Drop-Down for Package Type Has Been Added to the Food Package Edit Screen

New Features

. A drop-down for Package Type has been added to the Food Package Edit screen.

. A new field has been added to the Registration screen to select an alert preference for the autodialer. If “No” is selected from the Home Contact drop-down, the “Alert Preference” field will be set to “no alert” and greyed out.

Enhancements/Improvements

. A modification has been made that will no longer allow certification when the Ending Certification Date is prior to the Certification Date.

. Modifications have been made so that the correct amount of benefits will be issued when quantities of benefits have been reduced.

. The autodialer file for text messaging and email options has been updated to include the patient’s alert preference.

. The 1924/1925 reports have been modified to calculate some formulas differently, not as standard formula. A new column, “Other Noncontract Formula”, has been added to the reports.

Bug Fixes

. An issue has been corrected where previously the Registration 3 and Chart labels still showed the household number for members even after being deleted from a household.

. An issue has been corrected where the Participation Summary report for a single clinic was including a District Total and State Total page. The report will now just include a Clinic Total page when run for a single clinic.

. The “Provisional” and “Final” labels have been removed from the date lines of the Participation Detail and Participation by Race reports.

. An issue has been corrected where previously the 1925 Report showed some patients with Assigned Dates beyond the Report End Date.

. An issue has been corrected where the 8-digit chart number was being truncated on some lab labels.

. Modifications have been made to the Voter Registration Report. Patients that should have been returned on the report are now displayed, and some minor formatting changes have been made.
