POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading BRAVO!’s growth through sales in the Greater Triangle Region. Working with the Vice President of Sales, a sales plan will be developed and an execution plan will be implemented.

The Business Development Manager develops and leads all new sales activities within the assigned geographic territory and then uses the available BRAVO! resources to aggressively close sales.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Grow sales and profitability of BRAVO! by prioritizing and capturing significant new customers  Tracking and evaluating sales opportunities within the territory  Assisting in developing a sales and marketing plan  Promote the highest quality image of BRAVO! with employees, prospects, clients and the business community  Provide feedback on clients needs, trends, competition and the overall conditions of the territory  Attend and participate in related real estate associations:

o BOMA o IFMA o APPA o DVAA o CIRC o CAI

1  Participate in tradeshows  Evaluate client properties and prepare bids  Prospect following an agreed upon mix of cold calling, referrals, and walk-ins  Create opportunities to bid with qualified prospects  Submit weekly reports on activity and results  Prepare and deliver presentations  Travel 3-4 times per year  Work evenings when attending association meetings and dinners

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: The candidate must have a proven record of sales success in both volume and profitability. Besides interacting with clients and prospect the BDM must have the ability to communicate with and interact with the BRAVO! team, enhancing the corporate culture of cooperation and communication so our clients receive the best experience possible. The BDM needs the following skills and/or experience;  Significant service sales experience dealing with all levels within a clients organizations  Track record of finding qualified leads  Proficient in RFQ/RFP/RFI understanding and response  Experience in customizing presentations and proposals to meet clients needs  High self motivation to reach goals  Ability to work with numbers so bids can be produced  Ability to network at association meetings

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 Ability to drive and visit customers

 Ability to work various hours to meet deadlines

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 Ability to learn and adapt to office setting and use of required software

 5 years experience selling in the commercial real estate industry

 Ability to visit multiple locations as required

 Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent

 Clear driving record

 Must pass/clear background check
