ACTION ITEMS
1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes from June 30, 2014 Board of Selectmen’s meeting.
2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the job description for the new position of Coordinator for Community Use of the Center at Sachem Rock.
3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove to re-visit the request for the sale of alcohol at the Center at Sachem Rock.
4. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the resignation of Myles Heger of the Finance Committee effective immediately.
5. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the appointment of Kathleen J. Cavanagh to the Historical Commission, to fill a vacancy, through June 30, 2015.
6. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the appointment of Barbara Hagopian to the Arts Council, effective immediately through June 30, 2017.
7. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the appointment of David R. Moore as Sealer of Weights & Measures effective immediately through June 30, 2015 at the rate voted at the June 2, 2014 Annual Town Meeting.
8. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of John Haines, DPW Director to sign a Scope of Services Agreement with Northeast Realty Solutions Group.
9. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of Erica Flemming, Treasurer/Collector to vote the maximum useful life of the departmental equipment listed below to be financed with the proceeds of the $50,000 borrowing authorized by the vote of the Town passed June 2, 2014 (Article 31) is hereby determined pursuant to G.L. c.44 S7(9). 1. Bridge Street Recycling Center – for Big Metal and Compost materials 1st & 3rd Saturday of each month 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Open 1st Sat. of Month in the months of Jan. and Feb.)

All Trash and Recycling Must be out by 7:00 AM!
