Frog Project Part I - The Interactive Frog **To receive full credit, you must turn in both the Objective: You will explore websites about the frog Dissection Journal and anatomy and construct a journal that chronicles your the Frog Portfolio Project explorations ** You have one week to complete the project Journal will include images, drawn or printed with clear labels to structures. You will also need to include their functions and how they relate or connect to other structures. (See rubric below for details on how you will be graded)

Journal Requirements

You should have a section for each system of the frog:

 Digestive  Nervous  Circulatory/Respiratory  Skeletal/Muscular  Urogenital/Reproductive

Each Section should have

 Clearly labeled pictures, you can draw or cut and paste into your journal

 Descriptions of systems and functions of the organs Part II - Kiss-A-Frog

Objective: You have been hired as a consultant to the "Kiss-a-Frog Dating Service". Your job is to increase interest in frog (and toad) populations and showcase several eligible amphibian bachelors in a portfolio.

The Portfolio should include:

An overview of amphibians with a general descriptions of their advantages and way of life

6 Bios of eligible frog (or toad) bachelors. Each bio should be a different species of frog or toad. The bios should have information about:

 The frog's size and coloration  Its preferred habitat  It's lifestyle (what it eats, where it hangs, how it lives, etc)  Anything special that could be attractive to a mate  A picture or sketch of the frog (toad) - you may print out pictures and paste them to your portfolio pages
