Do you have a website? Yes. www.wisperwoodvillage.com . You can find all of our rules, regulations, and forms on our site for easy access.

How can I report an issue to the management company? Via Email at [email protected] Web - http://www.wisperwoodvillage.com/notifymanagement.htm In person - On-site office located at C116. Monday-8am-5pm Tuesday -8am-5pm Wednesday- By appointment Only, No walk-ins. Thursday – 8am-5pm Friday – 8am – 4pm Phone - Call the on-site office at 305-274-8990

How can I purchase a laundry card? There are two machines located on the property. One near the office and one near the vending machines/mailbox area.

Where am I allowed to walk my dog? The dog walking area is on the back side of the property along the walls on the North and East side of the property. This is the ONLY area that your dog is allowed to "do his/her business" on the property. Owners MUST pick up after their pets and all pets must be on a leash at all times.

Does Wisperwood have pet restrictions? Yes. Residents are permitted to have a maximum of two pets, 30lb weight limit. See condo rules for more details. All pets are required to be registered in the office.

Where do I dispose of my garbage? All garbage must be bagged and thrown directly into the dumpster or trash chutes, located near the elevators. Any items too large to fit inside the trash chute must be brought down to the first floor and placed INTO the dumpster. Do not leave any items outside the trash chutes, on the loading docks, or on the trash room floor. Absolutely no furniture, appliances, or other large items may be disposed in the community trash rooms. Does Wisperwood have a recycling program? Absolutely. There are 2 blue bins located outside each building’s elevator entrance. One bin is for Newspaper, and one is for other recyclables (glass, plastic, etc).

How do I rent the clubhouse? Print and fill out the Clubhouse Reservation form found on our website and submit it to the on-site office. You may also stop by the on-site office to pick up this form.

I lost my mail key, how do I get a new one? Owners are responsible for their own mailbox keys and locks. Please contact the USPS for details.

Who provides TV/Internet/Phone service to the association? While there are a few different options, the association recommends Atlantic Broadband or AT&T UVerse. Satellites are not a good option as our trees grow rapidly and may block your reception. The association will not be responsible for trimming trees that block your reception. Also, satellites cannot be attached to the balconies, railings, or walls. They must be self-standing and not protrude from your balcony.

My AC is not working and the technician needs access to the roof, what do I do? Repairmen need to come by the office M-F during business hours. Prior to being allowed on the roof, the vendor will need to provide all the proper licenses and insurances. The association has a few vendors which are pre-approved for your convenience. It is best to call the office prior to arranging a service appointment.

There is a leak in my unit. It appears to be coming from the unit above me or the roof. What do I do? Contact the unit above you immediately, if applicable. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please call the office immediately. Leaks are a very serious issue and need to be solved right away.

Is there a guest policy for common areas and use of amenities? Yes. All guests must be accompanied by a resident while on the property.
