We are seeking confident and energetic team player based in Beijing with customer service and communication skills. The role is directly reporting to the Director of the British Business Centre, our joint office.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

As Membership Manager / Membership Executive you will have good interpersonal skills, good organizational skills and a focus on attention to detail. You will be responsible for playing a key role working with the advisory team in China on membership renewals and supporting the whole China on membership recruitment process as well as answering enquiries.

Your main responsibilities include the following and any other duty that may arise in the course of your work.

 Manage the renewals by sending out renewal reminder letter and working with advisory team to chase for renewals  Support the China team on membership acquisition and work with the UK team to complete the membership recruitment process  Answer member enquiries by working with membership team and relationship managers  Provide monthly analysis report and other requested data to senior team  Maintain membership data  Manage quarterly magazine distribution list

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly motivated, IT literate, an active listener and a team player with a proven ability to work independently. Specific requirements for the role are as follows:

 Strong communication skills and proactive attitude towards problem solving;  Membership organisation experience is desirable;  Willing to face clients and answer their enquiries;  Ability to adapt to changes and respond positively;  At least 1-3 years’ working experience in international environment;  Ability to analyse data and identify and manage risks;  Excellent IT skills;  Bachelor’s degree or above;  Good command of both written and spoken English;  Self-motivated and open mind
