Official Rules for 2nd & Charles’s Power Rangers Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”)

OFFICIAL RULES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility:

Sweepstakes starts Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 12:01 am Central Standard Time (“CST”) and ends on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 11:59 pm CST. All entries must be received prior to Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 11:59 pm CST. This Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry who have provided a valid email address and phone number. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Employees of 2nd & Charles, (“Sponsor”), Saban Brands LLC, and Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., or their affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the USA. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. To Enter:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Enter online at www.2ndandcharles.com. Entries must be received by Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 11:59 pm CST, to be eligible. No entries will be accepted beyond this time. Limit one entry per person and/or e-mail address. Incomplete, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified.

3. Winner Selection:

The winner will be randomly selected by the Sponsor from the pool of eligible entries. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

4. Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified via email or phone within two business days of the selection date. If the prize goes unclaimed, an alternate winner will be selected. The winner will have 48 hours from the date of notification to claim the prize or an alternate winner will be selected.

5. Prize:

One (1) (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive one (1) screening of the movie, Power Rangers, for winner and his/her 49 guests in their hometown movie theatre. The total ARV of the prize is $625.

6. General Conditions: Entries will not be acknowledged. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to use your entry in all print and electronic media, and to edit it for brevity and clarity. Incomplete, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified.

The winner may be required to execute and return a Certificate of Eligibility, Consent, and General Release form within 48 hours of notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By acceptance of the prize, the winner consents to the use of their names and/or likenesses for the purposes of advertising or trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by the law. 2nd & Charles is not responsible for lost, late, or unintelligible entries, lost connections, miscommunications, failed transmissions, other technical difficulties or failures. 2nd & Charles, reserves the right to terminate or modify this Sweepstakes at any time in the event of any intervention with the promotion beyond the control of 2nd and Charles. In such a circumstance, winners will be selected based on entries received to date of termination.

Entrants agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify2nd and Charles, CTMG, Saban Brands LLC, Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. and its and their affiliated and subsidiary companies from and against any all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes. By entering the sweepstakes the entrants agree to join 2nd & Charles’s email list to view special offers and promotions. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

7. Conduct: All Sweepstakes participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. 2nd & Charles. in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be in violation of these rules.

8. Saban Brands LLC and Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. are in no way associated with or responsible for sponsoring, endorsing, or administering this Sweepstakes. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
