Best Bruschetta Ever

Prep Time: 20 Minutes Ready in: Approx 8 hours and 20min

Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, cubed 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon dried basil 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Ground black pepper and seasoning salt to taste

Directions:

1.1. In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, dried basil, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, seasoning salt and ground black pepper.

2. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, before serving on slices of French bread.
