Meeting Minutes: Administrative/General Information and Issues Information for Team, Discussion/Decision/Task (if applicable) Who? By when? or Issue for Team to Address Incentive System Start cards now. Cards will have teacher name pre-printed, spot for student name, check box for location and Brandon Next week's staff expectation. Teachers need to be coached on giving verbal praise. Ticket traded for popcorn/? voucher which will be meeting--staff will entered in weekly drawing for coffee bar item. Teacher and student will win item from coffee bar. Other free receive tickets. incentives-fast pass to front of lunch line. Start w/ popcorn/fast pass. Monthly raffle for larger item--ie: Pirate gear or something donated--lunch with principal Publications/Displays Discussion of need for MBI dedicated bulletin board. Need to publish sheets for expectations in each location. This is of MBI materials a good task for student aids. Matt will come up with design for pillar to display materials and look at possible spaces to put it. Tardy Policy Students do seem to be moving quickly---exiting common areas when bells ring. Brandon has had to deal with very Guidance & student Friday of few tardies All students will be rewarded with a small treat during homecoming week. Student aids will have treat aids homecoming week ready for each 3rd period classroom.
