IMPORTANT

1. According to the regulations of the E-numbered additives of the EU, we have to be informed about the different additives in all our products. All additives have an E-number, for example sulphur dioxide is E 224, tataric acid is E334 etc. If you have no access to the information of E-additives, please indicate which substances used only.

2. We do not accept any kind of Conglomorate corks, only 100 % cork, plastic, glass or screw cap.

3. EAN-codes have to be attached to products which will be distributed through all shop chains we are supplying, according to their regulations. Also cases has to be carrying an individual EAN- code, (not the bottle-code), for the purposes of systematic distribution.

4. Marking of cases: please be aware of that the marking of the cases must follow the EU regulations, meaning they should carry the EAN-code (as indicated above) on 2 sides of the case, PO-number, product-number, Matno. (Vectura, Norway), and if possible a label of the bottle. This information will also be included on the actual orders from Vectura or DLP (Sweden).

5. Lot-numbers: according to EU regulations, all products have to carry a lot-number indicating date, batch or other identifying type of numbers.

6. Pick-up address: if the address of the supplier does not correspond to the pick-up address in case the term FCA Cellar is used, please indicate the address clearly in the form.

7. Terms of delivery: we follow the Incoterms which our forwarders work with in order to have good transportation of all goods. We use the term FCA Cellar and FCA TT terminal within Europe, according to the Incoterms. Please note that there is a cost of T-documents liable to the seller, instead of the buyer. By sea, we use the terms FOB (+ name of the Port).

8. For beers, cider, non-alcohol products: please make sure to put on the invoice declaration on the invoice. For invoice with value above € 6.000 please send the EUR1 certificate.

9. For beers: please make sure to inform us about EBU and EBC (Bitterness and Colour).

10. Information and photos of listed products/s must be sent to us in order to make a product-sheet about the product. All our customers consider this information, which is one of our best tools to be able to sell the products.

11. By giving us the offer, and in case we get a listing, you are obliged to deliver the Product to one of the companies mentioned below as long as the listing is lasting. We prefer to sign a long-lasting cooperation contract.
