Other Comments:  Bagel shop, barber shop, police mini-station, old-fashioned soda fountain, family gathering places  Transitional mom & pop stores for the entire family  A restaurant like Third Wave Seafood in Oxford – more upscale & cozy. Panera Bread. In “Downtown” Gingellville, I’d like to see more specialty stores and not so much “service specific” places like accountants, etc. Rochester seems like the most useful model.  Panera Bread  Tack shop/feed store, gourmet cheese, wine & liquor (i.e. Merchant of Vino), pub/tavern, keep existing businesses, too!  More intimate specialty stores – antiques & décor stores – but not like flooring – just cute accessories  Replace Sunoco car wash with a good soft cloth car wash, good bagel/coffee shop (not happy with Hole in One), real need for a quality meat/butcher shop  Panera Bread! Are there any categories you do NOT want to see in Gingellville?  Adult-oriented businesses, pet stores  Fast food restaurants, night clubs, sports bars, casino, department stores (Target, etc.) strip bars, low grade porn venues, etc.  Fast food restaurants  No insurance companies or cell phone stores. No video stores, no more pizza places like Little Caesars and Speedy. No more nail salons.  Fast food, video stores, bars  Cell phone companies, fast food, video stores, chain grocery stores, and auto-related stores  No tanning/cell & pager store  Cell phone stores, no drive-through fast food.  Auto body or car shops, auto pars, cell phone & pager companies, no fast food places, no large retailers – Best Buy, etc.  Cell phone stores/tanning salons, bowling alley, car dealerships, video stores  Car dealerships, auto repair shops, movie theatres, any adult-oriented businesses  Cell phone & pager, tattoo parlor, pizza, same old stuff found in every other strip mall  No cell phone stores, no Hallmark or card stores
