In “Downtown” Gingellville, I’d like to see more specialty stores and not so much “service specific” places like accountants, etc. Rochester seems like the most useful model.  Panera Bread  Tack shop/feed store, gourmet cheese, wine & liquor (i.e. Merchant of Vino), pub/tavern, keep existing businesses, too!  More intimate specialty stores – antiques & décor stores – but not like flooring – just cute accessories  Replace Sunoco car wash with a good soft cloth car wash, good bagel/coffee shop (not happy with Hole in One), real need for a quality meat/butcher shop  Panera Bread!
