1. Eden Local Plan 2014-2032 Consultation Response Form

The Schedule of Proposed Further Main Modifications is the list of proposed changes to the Eden Local Plan 2014-2032, arising from the consultation responses to the Main Modifications consultation (July/August 2017). The Proposed Further Main Modifications will be consulted on for seven weeks, and representations will only be accepted that relate to the changes listed. For advice on how to respond to the consultation, and how to fill in this form, please see the accompanying guidance note on the Council’s website at https://www.eden.gov.uk/elpconsultation. The consultation will be open between 9.00am on 6th December 2017 and 9.00am on 24th January 2018. Comments received after the closing date will not be recorded and will not be considered by the Council. Responses made at this stage will be treated as a formal representation and considered by an independent Planning Inspector.
