In this section, the focus is on the substances and risk factors that your coalition DID NOT select as a focus under the PFS 2015 grant. This will help highlight (or clarify) why your priority substances and risk factors were chosen. Please use the table below to explain the reasons each substance and risk factor(s) were not selected. Please include as much data (qualitative and quantitative) as you can. If a substance was NOT selected, please state why and place and “X” in the risk factor column. For substances that were selected, please list the substance and complete a row of the table for each risk factor not chosen. Bullet points are encouraged.
