Carl W. Butler elected as President of the Phoenix Theatre Board of Directors

August 24, 2011 (Indianapolis, IN) – Frost Brown Todd attorney Carl Butler has been elected as President of the Phoenix Theatre Board of Directors. The Phoenix Theatre is a 29-year-old Indiana based professional theatre which produces contemporary, issue oriented plays. From recent Broadway hits to the lesser known, the Phoenix works to produce emotionally engaging and compelling plays that foster awareness and discussion. Carl previously served as Secretary on the Board of Directors.

Carl is a Senior Associate in the litigation department of Frost Brown Todd's Indianapolis office. He represents corporate clients in civil litigation, including product liability, complex commercial, and municipal zoning cases. He also has experience representing clients in mass tort litigation, including asbestos and coal tar pitch cases.
