On receipt of your booking form we will send you an email confirmation. Locations will be accepted by those with the heaviest traffic and footfall first. Please ensure you have the home owner or landlord’s permission.

On completing the booking form you are accepting the following terms & conditions:

o Mann Countrywide or King & Chasemore board to be erected at least 4-6 weeks prior to the event

o You agree to let the agency erect the board and take down. Boards will be dismantled up to 2 weeks after the event (we have 400 boards to take down so please be patient)

o You do not have to be in when it is erected – the installer will put the board in the best place to maximise advertising opportunities but please let us know if you any specific instructions as to where the can and cannot be placed
