Report on changes in Policy or Practice that were implemented:  Section 6 took over t-shirt sales.  Opt Out Policy & 9th game procedures were changed.  There was a DD Division used this year which seemed to provide a very competitive season of football for these schools.

Problems encountered/ concerns:  The revised Opt-Out Policy made it very difficult to schedule 9th games for every school. Coaches are unable to scout opponents and some schools are left without games.  There is concern over the fact that we will not receive BEDS numbers until late January. This will put us behind in the scheduling process.  The Federation would like to have a standard roster form put into the handbook and possibly on a website so it would be available for all schools and media.  The federation would like to create or revise the current website to include rosters, schedules, etc…  The Federation has a concern over Section VI passes being used at RWS. The concern is over the impact on our proceeds.

Recommendations for next season & proposed dates/sites: At this time I would suggest keeping the same weekends reserved.
