I. Call to Order a. Welcome and Introductions b. Went over what the Neighborhood Association does and the Homeowners Association b.i. The HOA can be told about things that are going on but they do not work for the developer b.ii. If you have issues in the neighborhood contact the important list of email addresses list that was distributed. b.ii.1. Make sure to copy Kevin on the emails so that he can address the issues. b.iii. There will be two board members from the Neighborhood Association boards on the HOA board. b.iii.1. Kevin Smith b.iii.2. Joseph Escobedo b.iv. There will be a request to ramp up the maintenance of the neighborhood from once every two weeks to once a week. b.v. The developers have been asked to clean up their lots. b.vi. The man hole cover coming south on Juan Tabo has been repaired b.vii. There is a trash pile on Cam Fella b.viii. Are there any plans to improve Cam Fella? b.viii.1. There is a concern about safety. b.ix. Newsletter b.ix.1. Southern Boulevard and Juan Tabo b.ix.1.a. Kevin wants an improvements to be made along Juan Tabo b.x. Website Changes b.x.1. Information distribution b.x.1.a. Everyone will be allowed to get into the website b.x.1.b. New information will be posted on the website b.x.1.b.i. It will be password protected b.x.1.c. If there is an emergency an email will be sent out c. Neighborhood Watch c.i. Signs should be put up c.ii. There should be an attempt to try to organize c.iii. July 10th will be the first annual picnic at the Manzano Mesa Multigenerational center d.ii. There was a request for sign-ups for coordinators d.iii. There will be a meeting in June for those who volunteer e. District 9 Coalition meeting will take place tomorrow (April 22nd) at Manzano Mesa Multigenerational Center f. Other Introductions f.i.
