A LITTLE RED APPLE APPLESAUCE A little red apple hung high in a tree SONGS (to the tune of Yankee Doodle) I looked up at it, and it looked down Peel an apple, at me Cut it up, “Come down please,” I called. APPLE Cook it in a pot. And what do you suppose? (to the tune of BINGO) When you taste it, That little red apple I know a fruit that grows on trees, You will find, Dropped right on my nose! And APPLE is it’s name, oh! You’ve got applesauce!
