TDS TELECOM ILEC OPERATIONS - Announces switch decommission at the Coburn Gore exchange of Somerset Telephone Company located in Coburn Gore, ME

 May 8, 2017, TDS TELECOM will decommission its Class 5 office switch in the Coburn Gore rate center of Somerset Telephone Company.

 All customers currently served by (CBGRMEXARS2) have been migrated to the (CBGRMEXA0MD) office which subtends the NANSMEXAGT0 gateway office.

 Carriers should issue disconnect orders for any trunks remaining on CBGRMEXARS2 to the TDS Telecom Access Service Center by May 2, 2017 with a DDD of May 8, 2017. Once all carrier trunk groups have been disconnected, the switch will be decommissioned.

 Carriers requesting new or augmented Direct End Office Trunk groups to the NANSMEXAGT0 gateway office may order those through the TDS Telecom Access Service Center. The SS7 Point Code for this office is 223-009- 022. The NANSMEXAGT0 gateway office subtends the Fairpoint PTLDMEFO03T tandem for FGB/D.
