News from the Shiloh Middle School PTO:

Your donations - Shiloh PTO is covering the cost of the 7th Grade Reptile World program in February. We also contributed to the cost of the “I Am Malala” reading program, as part of the

One Book, One School reading initiative. (You should be through chapter 14 by Friday, January 22.)

Thank you to the businesses that support our community:

Kona Ice donated 25% of their proceeds from sales of ices sold at the Winter Social – totaling $110. Chipotle donated 50% of the proceeds from the Dec 1 Dine out night fundraiser, totaling $331.82 J & P in Finksburg donated a portion of sales from the fundraiser night, totaling $67.39.

It’s BINGO time! Bingo will be held April 15, 2016. Games will begin at 7:00 pm, but doors will open earlier. Food will be available for purchase. More details on tickets and times will be distributed as the event approaches. We are seeking donations of Bingo baskets, or products to fill them. See below for some great theme ideas! Consider volunteering with us! We like to divide tasks so no one person is overwhelmed. It is a great, fun way to meet people, get to know students and staff and benefit Shiloh. Dear Family and Friends of Shiloh Middle School,

This year Shiloh Middle School PTO will be hosting a Spring Bingo on April 15, 2016. We would like your support to make this a successful fundraising event. Our goal this year is to continue to help update technology and enhance our student learning experience throughout the school. However, today's tough economic conditions make it difficult for the PTO to achieve that goal without help from people like you. I am writing to invite your family or business to donate an item or gift certificate for the bingo. Our bingo is a community event and will be held on April 15, 2016. All prizes are donated by families and businesses like yours. Your contribution will be recognized on all promotional materials and will also be acknowledged in PTO communications. Please send us in your Coke rewards! Codes are printed on bottle caps and packaging of all Coca Cola products. We have volunteers who enter them into the Coke Rewards website, where they are translated into $$ and other prizes.
