ISU Meat Lab, Ames, IA Undergraduate Employee, October, 2005- May, 2009 -Work between classes. -Worked during summer of 2007. -Duties include assisting with harvesting, fabrication, processing, and cleaning. Hickory Grove Farms, Aurora, IA Assistant Farm Manager, May, 2003- August, 2006 -Summer job at a local cow/calf operation. -Duties included assisting with cattle, haying, fencing, and other ranching chores.
