This amendment is to update requirements found in Section 5 of the RFQ. Deleted text appears struck through in black font, while added text is underlined in red font.
1. The following language has been added to the mandatory requirements as listed below:
If the Providers architecture is a wavelength solution with a physical Fiber handoff, that CTS will run Ethernet Services over, this requirement does not apply.
