Position Available: Dining Room Manager

Applicants must have strong knowledge in food and beverage operations and possess an outgoing personality. Experience and knowledge of country club dining and Jonas Software are preferred.

- Greet members/guests and oversee service - Addresses any member/guest complaints and ensure corrective actions - Organizes reservations, schedules personnel and plans room set-up and cleanliness - Hiring, Orientation and training of Dining Room, Terrace and Snack Bar staff - Ensure staff are in proper, clean uniforms at all times - Conduct pre-meal meetings - Work with Chef ensuring new menus are entered in POS - Responsible for proper accounting and reconciliation of POS - Audits and approves bi-weekly timekeeping for Dining Room, Terrace and Snack Bar Staff - Complete periodic china, glass and silverware inventories

These tasks are a ‘brief’ summary of requirements. As with any Private Club we are called upon to perform tasks outside our normal scope of job description.
