On Line Rotary Meeting Makeups

Log into www.rotary.org

Select Members Tab

Scroll down to General Information

Select "Make up missed meetings"

Scroll down to "Rotary e-club website" hyperlink and double click to open: This screen will appear:

For the purpose of this example, I opened the last link: Rotary E-Club of District 7890: Select "Make-Up With Us" on the left hand side of the screen:

You may be asked to give a donation in lieu of giving at a normal Club meeting:

This site gives you instructions on how to proceed:

When done you should open the hyperlink called "Make-Up Form" and complete.

Submit; you will get this message:

If you email your Club Secretary this form it will count as a makeup. ([email protected])

The other links are similar; just follow instructions on how to make up meeting online.
