Opening Date for September Clinic: Wednesday, August 23, 2017 Preference will be given to riders electing to schedule all three days. Next priority will be given to riders electing to ride two days followed by those electing to ride one day. 1. Applications with a postmark prior to the opening date or not accompanied by full payment will be automatically rejected. 2. Please attach a valid copy of a negative coggins (within 12 months). 3. Rider selection will be on a first-come basis based on receipt of fully completed and paid in full applications. 4. NO REFUNDS: Rider is responsible for filling spot should he or she be unable to ride. 5. In the event the clinic is oversubscribed on opening date, participants will be selected by lottery with preference given to IDS members with COMPLETE (i.e. coggins) applications. Riders will also be limited to one ride per day on each horse if clinic is oversubscribed. 6. Walk-in Auditors are welcome, but cannot be guaranteed to have lunch available.
