Additionally, schools typically publish the names of students participating in officially recognized activities, and roster information (weight and height) of members of certain athletic teams. If you DO NOT want your child’s directory information published, please sign below.

Publication of Student-Provided Content and Student Images Media Release

Throughout the school year, photos and videos often are taken of students participating in a wide variety of school-related activities and performances. On occasion, some of these photos and videos, as well write-ups of school-related activities and performances, and duplications of outstanding student work, may be used for academic or publicity purposes in school and District publications, Web sites, and social media outlets (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, etc.), as well as in local newspapers and in TV and radio news outlets. If you DO NOT want your child’s photos, name, likeness or work to appear in these media, please sign below.
