Purpose/Description: Converted the old sample Bird VCP database to NRDT version 3 with binary GUID EventIDs.

Instructions: Extract zipfile to any directory and then open "BirdVCP_NRDTv3_xp.mdb" to get to the switch board. The database application should always try to link to relink to the backend files if they are stored in in the same relative path… so no more mannual relinking after moving the application. It also has a back-up routine the runs on closing that makes a zip file out of the backend database files.
