Pennsy Supply Supports PCD with $2,500 Donation
(Enola, PA) - The Capital Region Partnership for Career Development (PCD) announced that is has received a $2500 donation from Pennsy Supply. Pennsy Supply is the leading manufacturer of aggregate, sand, asphalt and concrete throughout the North and Central Regions of Pennsylvania providing materials for commercial construction, infrastructure development and residential building. Serving the region for more than 90 years, Pennsy Supply operates over 12 asphalt plants, 16 aggregate quarries, 2 sand sites and 6 ready mix concrete plants.
“The Partnership is ecstatic about this support from Pennsy Supply,” said Mike Berk, PCD Executive Director, “These funds will be used in support of the career exploration programs we provide for students and educators in our member school districts.”
Kim Dietrich, President of PCD Board of Directors added, “The Partnership relies heavily on corporate support both financially and as partners collaborating with our K-12 schools and post- secondary partners. We are grateful to Pennsy Supply for their generous support. We are also excited that Pennsy Supply has joined our Advisory Committee and offered themselves as a resource for our students and educators.”
Barry Duffy, President of Pennsy Supply, Central Region expressed his satisfaction with the company’s recent contribution. “We are excited to become a part of the PCD.
