Dear Student and Parent or Guardian, A $50.00 lab fee per semester is required for students who take Principles and Elements of Floral Design, as listed in the course description at the time of enrolling in this course. This lab fee is assessed in order to pay for any supplies and plant materials that your student may need for arranging flowers. There may be some projects that require the student to purchase items to complete them, but these projects will not be related to any of the arrangements that are made in this class (which are listed below). For the lab fee, the student will be able to take home the fresh flower arrangements that are listed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Please return the first payment by September 12, 2014. Make checks payable to KFHS Floral Design. Please understand that a hold will be issued if the fee is not paid by this date, or a payment plan has been arranged. Sincerely, Amanda Simmons
