Please pay a £50 booking deposit to confirm your booking or if 8 weeks or less before your arrival please pay the agreed total rental price together with a £100 cleaning/ damage deposit. The cleaning/ damage deposit will be refunded after your stay subject to no damage and the cottage being left in a good order and clean condition. Accidental minor breakages are not charged.

Booking payments can be made by BACs/ internet bank transfer to our account, details of which will be provided at the time of booking. We also accept payments by cheque (made payable to Mr M Evans) or PayPal, please let us know at time of booking if you prefer one of the latter payment methods. Confirmation of receipt of payments will be provided by email. We can also provide on request business invoices and receipts.
